Lots of potential

Checkin was good. Not well maintained. Things broken. Water stopped working. Owner was really good to work with. She tried to help where she could and made things right with us. Overall the place could be nice but seems like it just wasn’t ready for rent.

Kennel Club

The property layout is quite nice and spacious. We had problems with the water system upon arrival and it took a few days to get it fixed by trades people coming down from Cancun. The owner was responsive, but with her living outside of Mexico, any issues had to be handled by people outside the complex. Some things could use some TLC, I fixed some deck furniture and the towels were grey and had some holes. The main issue was dogs. The next door neighbor has 4 dogs that bark whenever people walk by, day or night. While we were there, the neighbor built a dog run between his unit and the one we were in. He rarely cleaned the run and the smell of dog urine and feces often wafted across the front yard and doorway of our unit. Two smaller dogs were often left on their upper deck and again, urine and feces were not cleaned up for days and if the breeze was headed our way, we could not sit outside. The owner said she had called the neighbors, but nothing changed. I would say that about 60% of the owners in the complex own dogs and most seemed quite happy to let their dogs bark through the night. If you could pick the house up and put it in a different place it would have been nice. We won't be back.

Property was as described. Was in very good shape. Fairly quiet area, gated & safe. Host was friendly and responsive to all problems we encountered & had them resolved in a timely manner

Amazing Gem!

Wow is all i can say! What an amazing place this was. I am still blown away by the ammenities offered here. We loved spending mornings on the patio and evenings swimming in the pool. I love the cook and the kitchen here is gorgoeus. It has better appliances than I do in my own house! That double oven came in handy on a couple of occasions and the house is close to Walmart and other conveniences. I know, why would you go to Walmart in Mexico? We prefer cooking our own meals rather than going out to eat so this was one of the main reasons I chose this property. Oh, and did I mention they include a freaking rental car with your stay?! The list goes on and on of how impressed I was with this stay and our Host's responsiveness. We highly Reccommend!

All Creature Comforts

First having purified water throughout the house and better tasting water from the RO feed refrigerator was a unexpected super plus. Wonderful kitchen with a dishwasher. We hand made pizza and used the double oven. It was our second last day in mexico and we didn't leave the house it was that comfortable to make food without having to go out2. Great place to stay I'm definitely keeping this on my list of places to return. We we're even offered a rental car with the house.

Easy access to popular attractions like Xplore, Xcaret, Cenotes, beaches and Mayas Ruins.
