Beautifully well appointed condo with fully equipped kitchen and home theater with Netflix and extended cable TV! High speed fiber optic internet at 100 mbps with a workspace provided by request. Large spacious bedrooms with very comfortable queen size Sealy mattresses for a good nights rest. Unit is conveniently located on 5th floor next to elevator and stairs to the best rooftop pool and bar in Playa.

Great location. Right off of 5th ave. Tons of restaurants and bars nearby. Building and amenities are well maintained. Unit is clean, modern and comfortable.

Stop scrolling and book this apartment!The apartment is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Walking distance to 5th Avenue and groceries, but the unit itself is quiet. The rooftop pool is probably the best in Playa.Amenities were top-notch: cold A/C, a comfy bed, and strong Wi-Fi for working. We have already booked our next stay for 2026. Don't hesitate to book this place!

We had a major problem when we arrived as we were told we could not use any amenities that were in the listing such as the pools. The host never did address the issue and we were fortunate the front desk eventually let us use the amenities. The property manager was also very rude when we eventually got him on the phone. Unit was clean and as expected. We will not be back.

Its a very clean place good size for a family of 4 terrace is huge , beautiful rooftop pool lots of restaurants and short walk to beach However the ad says that there's parking and for some reason i had yo park outside and pay everyday that i was here if u dont have a rental car then nothing yo worry about ,i believed the listing as parking included but nothing was done i contacted the vrbo host ,the property personel and nothing was done had to park outside and pay throughout my stay besides that its was a good place to stay i would use again

10/10 stay here. Between the rooftop pools, second to none staff and close proximity to grocery stores, 5th ave and the beach, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thanks a mil.

Wonderful location and apartment. Great location close to Quinta Avenida, supermarket and beaches. The building is clean, safe and has a nice rooftop pool and gym. The property manager is very nice and helpful! We had a very comfortable stay. A few things to prepare for: they don't provide TP and toiletries for more than 1-2 days, the hot water finishes quickly and no dishwasher.

Great Condo

The host was easy to deal with, always responded. The property manager, Abraham, was great with communication too. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The only thing I wish the unit had was beach chairs and an umbrella so we could have the option of going to the beach without having to pay to go to a beach club. The location of the room was very quiet and easy access to the gym and the pool. We stayed at Ipana last year, different unit, and the pool area wasn't crowded at all. This year there was so many more people that chair wars broke out around the pool daily, not a fan of that. All in all, loved the unit and would definitely stay there again.

Best Home Away from Home

I've stayed at dozens of VRBOs around the globe and this is by far the absolute best in every category! The location can't be beat - within walking distance to beach (a club to spend the day to rent loungers & order food & drinks also), 5th Avenue (restaurants, souvenirs, etc), 7-11 next door, and grocery store located around the corner. The place is quiet and sound proofed. I travelled with my daughter and we felt very safe in condo as well as area. The condo was very clean upon arrival, a lot of staff are seen in the building constantly cleaning. The rooftop pools are awesome with a ton of lounge chairs. The fitness facility is well equipped with a separate yoga studio, both also always clean. Check-in was exactly as stated and super easy. The condo itself is well equipped, even had enough coffee for the entire 8 mornings we were there! I can not say enough good things about this place and would definitely book it again. Having 2 bathrooms (great size showers), 2 bedrooms for our own space, plus AC units and ceiling fans in all rooms was spectacular. You will not be disappointed staying here. From the date of my booking, Tony was super communicative answering all my questions, as did the building manager and condo manager. They helped arrange rides to/from airport and were super responsive and helpful. I will absolutely try to book this place again if I ever return to Playa del Carmen. I recommend booking it now, nowhere else in the area compares!

Great stay

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. After staying at many other places on our Mexican Riviera Vacation this one was the most comfortable. Everything worked and there was air conditioning in every room. Beds were super comfy and we got our best sleeps here. Showers were great too. Property manager, Abraham, was excellent to deal with. He reached out to me a couple of days beforehand, helped us check in, and gave us recommendations on nearby restaurants etc. Very easy walk to a big grocery store (Chedraui), lots of restaurants in walking distance, 5th ave close by. Parking was safe, free, and easy here. Lots of pools and loungers on the rooftop, and a couple of bars. Beach is a bit of a walk if you are carrying items, but there are many beach clubs you can pay a small fee and use their loungers and palapas. The only con I can possibly think of is that being on the 5th floor, there is a pool right above the apartment, you can hear water noises like running water etc. but it really did not bother us. Still gets 5*.

This condo is perfect! Roomy with a big balcony, set in the quieter part of Playa off 5th Ave. Tony is a great host and hooked us up with a private transfer. The pools and space on the rooftop is great and actually has a little rooftop bar. Marco was our favorite bartender! The gym is also decent with enough workout equipment in it. The restaurants on 38th starting a block away were our favorites. And a grocery store is right around the corner. The management people I was connected with were great and attentive as we were coming out a couple of days after the cartel kingpin was killed and was nervous about still going. They were in constant contact with us. I’ve stayed at many rental condos in Playa and never went back. I will be returning to this one! Thank you Tony, Abraham and Lordes for everything!

Nos gusto mucho, sin embargo el tema de lavado de ropa de playa, toallas, y cosas del dĂ­a a dĂ­a es un problema, porque no hay ĂĄrea de lavado ni hay donde secar cosas.
