The Cozy Master Private Room is fa private modern styled, with full cozy small bathroom for a comfortable stay, It is perfect for two guest (for an additional fee extra guest $15 per night). It has two full bed, Smart TV, reclining sofa perfect for resting and a mini kitchen ( microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, oven ) where you can prepare your meals and save money by not eating out,
Note: The studio is attached to the main house, it does not have any access to the house, both are independent.
The pool can only be used by registered guests. The pool is located next to my house, just let me know if you want to use it so I can leave the back doors open for you.
My studio is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a restful and pleasant place , the access to the studio is totally independent for your privacy.
Located a 10 min to the Strip and all Casinos
‱ 5 minutes walking from the Boulevard Mall, Victoria Secret, Ross, 10 or 15 min by car to Sphere, Stratosphere, Convention Center ,Casinos, Strip, Freemont.
‱ Nearby to Restaurants, and entertainment.

This stay was perfect for our time in Las Vegas. Close to grocery stores, the Convention Center and the strip. The suite is well kept, cool and quite perfect for easy mornings and winding down after being out in the heat, noise and lights of the city. We really enjoyed our time in the pool as well. It’s well appointed with a sitting area and was clean. The host answered all of our questions quickly.

Vball tourney stay

My daughter and I stayed for a volleyball tourney. It was perfect for the two of us. We were able to Uber easily to the convention center. We also were able to walk to the grocery store. We were unfortunately not able to use the pool due to weather but it was available. Communication was great!

Very comfortable stay

Great price, close to the strip and in a quiet neighborhood

The property had great parking with excellent access to the front door, spacious enough for up to 4 people as listed. 2 Queen beds and a small kitchenette with a tv and decent sized bathroom/shower. Washer and dryer inside room.as well with an ac unit that works great keeping the room cool. Window by front door we wld have loved blinds as that brought in a lot of light in tha am and afternoon. The property was fairly clean and has a working fridge, microwave, sink and oven. Bar stool at thw small bar height table were flimsy and only supported my young son not made to support adult over 150 lbs. Overall great stay and had no issues or complaints.

LV Spontaneous Mini Reunion.

Claudia was an amazing host who quickly gave a rundown of everything about the property and location. Easy and detailed instructions that myself may have missed and feel extremely terrible about. As I usually read everything, but it was so thorough I assumed very professional service similar to a hotel. If welcomed back, I would place this at the top of my own personal list of places to stay when I come.
