Spotless home just a block from the beach

Nick was a great host. He was fast to respond and very friendly. The rental was impeccably clean. And the location is perfect. Just a block from the beach and the shops on Rehoboth Ave.

Great location

Perfect for 2 to stay the week. Nice modern and clean, plenty of space too. We just park the car in the included space and it's just a short walk to anything you want at the beach. Love this place

Great vacation!

This property was very comfortable and convenient to the beach and boardwalk. We only had to use the car for a trip to the grocery store. Great place for two but can put 2 children on the fold out if needed. Overall a very pleasant stay.

What a gem!

We rented this apartment and the house on the property for our large family vacation. We were so pleased with both properties. Everything was clean and as expected. The location for this property can NOT be beat!

Perfect place and perfect location

This place is in the perfect location. It is a quick walk to everything Rehoboth has to offer. The free parking right in the driveway is a big plus too. It is clean, nice, and a nice place to stay close to both downtown and the beach.

Lovely little place

This Vrbo was very cute and perfect for a couple. It was very close to the boardwalk so we walked around that a lot. Also being super close to the beach and Boardwalk we never noticed noise being an issue. One minor inconvenience was making sure that we brought all of the essentials that are not provided in this listing (towels, linens, hand soap, etc.). Another minor inconvenience was that there was no bath mat which was not something I thought about bringing and made the floor a little slippery when getting out of the shower. Again these are just minor inconveniences and not deal breakers. Overall we enjoyed staying at this property.

Great Little Place in a Great Location

We were very impressed with the property as well as being pleasantly surprised with even better amenities than were indicated in the photos. The individuals who administer this property take great care in providing a quality feel. This is a great place for a couple or small family and the close proximity to the beach and downtown Rehoboth is excellent. Would highly recommend!

No follow up after I called for assistance

The TV did not work, I called and reported the issue. I was told I would get a return call and have the issue fixed. I did not get a return call with an update, nor was the TV fixed during our stay.

This is a nice apartment; small but good for a couple. They have really done their best to include as many amenities as possible in an apartment this size.

Convenient and efficient!

We enjoyed our stay! The rental was clean with a very efficient layout. This is a functional place for families who enjoy cooking meals on vacation. The location is convenient to the beach and boardwalk, local shops and restaurants. This was our first time in Rehoboth and it is both a lovely and lovely beach town! The outdoor shower is always a plus and such a pleasure if you have never experienced.

Great Location

Such a cute space that’s perfect for anyone that wants to be close to the beach & main area of Rehoboth. Easily walkable to any place you want. Well appointed & great that it has washer/dryer if needed. It is very clean. Has a beach shower directly on property. It can accommodate 4 but we were a party of 2 & felt it was just right (especially with only one bathroom). Shower is a little tight & no shelf room for toiletries. I would suggest bringing over the door hooks as there is only 1 towel bar and 1 towel hook in bathroom (needed hooks for beach towels & suits). Bring a bathmat as tiles can be slippery. The closet does have hangers for clothes and a few shelves. Will stay again as it is the perfect bungalow due to its location & amenities.

Perfect Location

Clean, well-equipped property a block from the beach, boardwalk and everything really! It was the perfect place for us. Our vacation was so easy, just pulled into the parking spot and we were all set for the week. Truly couldn't ask for much more.
