This beautiful Emerald Lakes Vacation Home is located in a Private Community within the Pocono Mountains. All are welcome to enjoy this two story, 3 bedroom (1650 sq ft) non-smoking, pet friendly home with a wood stove (wood provided). 4 Smart TVs (Netflix and Hulu included)- 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room, Wireless High Speed Internet and a cocktail table game console with over 400 games add to the entertainment! All beds have brand new memory foam mattresses. The house is also perfect for families with small children as there’s a changing table and rocking chair in the downstairs bedroom. All tableware and cookware are provided. Home is equipped with a dishwasher, washer & dryer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and a Keurig.
Brand new Weber grill is included in your stay along with spare propane tanks in the back shed.

There is a minimum stay of 3 nights for holidays. Ask me before booking.

Brand new addition to our Chateau - THERMOMIX, self-guided cooking blender that does wonders in the kitchen. Save $ on going out and make amazing childhood dishes from scratch. Just turn in on, swipe to the left and search up your favorite dish! It has over 30,000 recipes in many different languages. Just please make sure you change your language back to English upon leaving.

Fireworks are PROHIBITED. The Community is very strict about it. There is a $1000 fine each time.

We encourage you to enjoy the community clubhouse, 2 pools, and sports courts. The tennis court, outdoor swimming pool community beach with a playground, Island Park, basketball court, indoor pool, main beach and a bar are minutes away by car.

Emerald Lakes charges guests for use of their amenities, 2022 (per person), you can buy up to 10 passes.:

Children 2 and under are free.

1-day pass - $15.00 per person

3-day pass - $20.00 per person

7-day pass –$40.00 per person

If any amenity (indoor pool, outdoor pool, trash compactor, tennis courts, etc.) is NOT ACCESSIBLE due to weather conditions, maintenance, pandemic, emergency repairs or any other circumstance “Homeowner” should not be held liable for lack of usage of above mentioned amenities and will not refund any money.

There is a wood burning stove on premises that provides additional heat in the home. Wood is provided free of charge.

We do have a hot tub outside in a fenced in area behind the house. The distance is about 80 feet from the back door of the house. All of our past guest enjoined it very much. However, please keep in mind when booking the property during winter months - there may be some snow removal needed by you or your guests to get into the hot tub. I do have a service that will remove the snow every time it snows more than 5 inches but you may still need to remove a little bit more yourself. Please do not book if this would inconvenience your stay. If you would like the snow completely removed at any time during your stay - you may call my guy: Mike: 610-390-8027 and he will remove the snow for a $110.00 fee - this fee will be paid by You!
