I cannot say enough about the location! It was perfect for us to walk to AT&T Stadium for a game and back. It was safe and the parking was great.

Apartment was very clean, it had all the essential things you need clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee. We arrived in a large pickup and parking was not a problem.

Bed were very uncomfortable- more like cots. Couch was uncomfortable. Older apartment needed upgrades everywhere. We could see the wear and tear in flooring, tub, etc. The location was good if wanted to walk to AT &T stadium.

Check-in was very simple and easy! Communication with the owner was good. The location was very convenient as we were headed to the baseball game, and it was a simple 30-minute walk.

Apartment pictures did not match the present state of the place. There was a huge hole in the wall that had been temporarily patched. Paint all over the floor. The wood flooring also had gaps in it. Had a stench, musty smell. Not in condition to be rented out. Aside from the poor state of the apartment, Host was easy to contact with our concerns and allowed us to cancel. We just had to forfeit the money that goes to VRBO. This was our first time booking with VRBO. Hope this isn’t the norm.

We were mostly in and out of the apartment as we were visiting for a tournament and this apartment provided a good place to take some rest after our busy schedule during the day

Great location near the stadium

Check in was easy! Owner was responsive and very nice. Property was perfect for us. It is a 15 minute was to the Cowboys game and right down the road to Six Flags. Walmart is also right down the road, so that made life easy for anything we may have forgot.

Clean but well used

The property is part of a group of “apartments” ; space was small but clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen & bathroom were quite small & property was easily located. Able to park close to the space. Window mounted air conditioners worked well but were a bit noisy. Bath tub was small & a bit dark & could use a grab bar & non-slip mat. Property manager communicated well and was responsive when contacted.

Good for the price

We paid $64 a night. You can tell it’s was a run down apartment that someone had a cheap handyman slap some stuff together and make it passable. The photos make it look a lot nicer than it actually is. The shower has really weak water pressure and the vinyl flooring is coming apart. I seen hair in the bed and not sure if the sheets were washed. The unit doesn’t have air conditioning, it does have three noisy window units to keep the apartment cool but, made it hard to sleep with it going on and off all night. Overall, it was okay since we didn’t spend much time in there and didn’t have high expectations

Place was clean, plenty of parking. The pull out section of the couch was broken, but upon notifying the host they promptly responded with an apology and offered to refund the cost of the apartment, we decided to keep the reservation and stayed. We were traveling for a graduation at the Loews Center and it was less than a ten minute drive. Everywhere we wanted to go to was within a 20 minute drive. This place was very reasonably priced and we will definitely stay again if we are in the area. This location felt safe; travelled with my girlfriend, mother, and 2 of my girlfriend’s family members.

This property looks nothing like the photos. It smelled of smoke so badly we couldn’t even stay here. Also, the neighborhood is not safe at all and actually scary.

I would definitely stay here again.

The property was as advertised. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was very clean. We had plenty of towels and toiletries. Parking was very convenient and secluded. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.
