Review

The check-in process was very easy and the person operating the VRBO was quick to responf to any questions. The only negatives were that the shower seemed to be broken and the towels were all dirty.

Comfy bed

Comfy bed and super convenient to the att stadium where our conference was held. Perfect for cowboy fans this fall! easy in and out once load the kick system. Owner was great with communication. Guest parking directly beside the building so not far to walk. Wish we would have had time for the pool that’s just across!

Would not recommend for families

The host was easy to contact. However, we were very disappointed with the place, so much so we left 4 days earlier. The place smelled of marijuana consistently. I also found marijuana bud shavings on the coffee table in reach of our 1 year old. We were there less than 24 hours and saw law enforcement respond two times. We contacted the host, but did not feel that it was helpful as we would have liked. The description also says sleeps 5. It has one bed, a blow up mattress and a couch. So that was a little frustrating to find out. We thought maybe a pull out couch. I would not recommend for families especially with young kids.

June 7th Weekend

Came into town for a concert. Had a great stay, the place was bigger than expected which was nice. Easy and quick communication was very much appreciated.

Very comfortable

The home gives that home away from home feel. Having two TVs made it easy for the kids to watch tv & I watched what I wanted. The layout is truly huge! Kitchen was equipped with all the things. Enjoyed my weekend!

Arrived right after check in cleaning lady was still there for another 15-20 minutes after we arrived. Whole place smelled like weed, smoke alarm beeping constantly. There were ants coming from the bathroom sink. Tried to contact property manager alleged that someone would come out to spray, never happened.

Smell, water, and dishes

The whole place smelled like weed. The water took a good five minutes to heat up. The dishes that were put back in the cabinets still looked dirty when we got there.

Easy location

We stayed for the Big12 championship game and the location was perfect in proximity to the stadium. The host had outstanding communication and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo does need a bit of TLC, but nothing that made the stay any less fun. Had plenty of necessary items if you want to cook, we did not. Thanks for your accommodation!

Good stay. Close to Att stadium. Pool wasnt opened for the year yet. If we would of known that,we would of stayed some place else. We were specially looking for a listing with a pool.
