This newly renovated 1955 Spartan Imperial Mansion sits on a private ridge with sweeping 180 degree views of the Hill Country. With a mid-century modern styling, this listing sleeps 4 and has a kitchen, bathroom, a fire pit for guest use and it's own gate. This peaceful hideout features tons of native wildlife, beautiful sunsets, dark sky stargazing and serene country vibes. 12 min from downtown FBG, 10 min from the Wine Trail, 5 min from Luckenbach and 1 mile from Bankersmith.

This is a very unique listing. These Spartan Mansions were the "Cadillac of travel trailers" in the 1950's. They could comfortably accommodate a whole family, with a full kitchen, full bathroom, and plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. This unit has been totally renovated and brought up to modern standards. We put this on a ridge top with incredible 40+ mile views of the hill country, in a very secluded spot that is still close enough to Fredericksburg to easily enjoy everything the area has to offer. 10-15 min from most of the good stuff!

Love the retro vibe and great views. Saw lots of deer which was cool and enjoyed the fire pit very much. This is out in the country so there are things that come with that such as more bugs. All you could hear outside at night was the sound of crickets and frogs which i found peaceful. So if you like nature and quite nights by a fire looking up at the stars out of the city then you will love this place. Has an awesome jukebox too.

The ambiance here was everything, from the retro theme to the hillside views!Jonny was also extremely helpful and attentive with any questions or concerns that came up.If you’re looking for somewhere chill, private and not too far from downtown then this is your place!I would 10/10 recommend.

Little getaway :)

It was a beautiful spot with a nice view out in the country. The retro vibes were immaculate! The camper is so cool. Could’ve used a little bit of extra cleaning but other than that, it was a nice stay! Very comfy and would love to come back a bit longer soon!

The Mansion was a wonderful quaint place

They offer a lot. The trailer is outfitted perfectly for a short trip. There's a record player and fire pit to provide entertainment as well as a gas grill outside we had a great time!

Great location with a fantastic view of the stars

Very quiet, and isolated location was perfect for the annular eclipse. Lots of stars and about 15 min from Fredricksburg. Host was amazing, very engaging, and had lots of suggestions of the area. We will be coming back again!
