We are from Calgary, Alberta own and operated a construction company as well as an additional summer business, a Yearly RV Park north of Edmonton. After years of nonstop work we travelled to Puerto Vallarta for our first vacation. We have never looked back and over the years have increased our time spent at what we call our âHappy Placeâ.
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
We started looking at properties just for fun with some friends. We walked in the front entry, across the pool bridge and fell in love with Flamingos Beach and Golf - that is when purchased our first condo in 2007.
During that time we met wonderful couples including the ones below us. When they decided to sell their rental unit we didnt even think twice. Renovations began and we were now in the rental business here in Mexico.
Fast forward another few years, their life direction had changed and we purchased their lived in unit. We are so very fortunate to have such great neighbors and the instant opportunity to purchase from them. We now have 3 units all together in a block, 2 of which we rent.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
Flamingos Beach and Golf is a low altitude complex with only 178 units. The complex is full ownership. A percentage of owners rent their condos, most of which are monthly consecutive rentals. The grounds are beautifully manicured with two large pools (one which is heated in the winter) two jacuzzis as well as ample assortment of pool furniture. The complex is very tranquil, relaxing and right on the beach with miles of walking. Located on the north side of Nuevo, we are very close to Bucerias as well as two major grocery stores.
