The condo was clean and modern. Phillip could not have been more responsive and helpful! We landed on Christmas and he helped make things so smooth for us. I wish we could have stayed longer. The location was perfect - close to restaurants, shops, and the beach, the beds were comfortable, and the rooftop was beautiful!

Lovely modern condo, super clean and great location for beach and restaurants. Phil was a lovely host and responded quickly to any requests. Great nightly entertainment across the street at the Thai restaurant / bar. Roof top pool is superb.

Perfect Place in Bucerias

Great location, Very Clean, Well equipped with everything you need, Beautiful roof top Pool/Common area and very secure and safe with a very attentive host. Walking distance to everything Bucerias has to offer - thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back 😎

Lovely property & location

Property is immaculate - rooftop amenities are superb. Very quiet building & maintenance / security staff are wonderful . Unit did not disappoint - faces busier street but great for people watching. Phillip always very prompt with replies - definately recommend

Beautiful Spot

This was a beautiful home, 1/2 block from the beach with an amazing roof top amenity space (vanishing edge pool, huge outdoor kitchen and dinning area). On the quieter end of Bucerias, but still lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Phillip was a great host - always available and communicated and answered any questions within hours.

Very clean and well organized
and the pool!

This is a lovely place and Phil is a very responsive host with some great recommendations. The condo is exceptionally clean and well thought through with just about everything you need. The main attraction is the infinity pool which is just up some stairs. Whereas the condo looks out over the neighborhood, the rooftop pool has an expansive view of the ocean with wonderful sunsets. There are lots of comfortable lounge chairs and a full workout room which also has the amazing view. The condo is close to town,and the beach with a wonderful bakery/coffee shop on the street. It is fun to watch the action on the street from 6 stories up! Thanks Phil for sharing this wonderful spot. Claudia

Amazing in every way

Phillip is amazing. He responds immediately and is not property manager but the owner. He met us at the condo introduced us to the concierge and helped us take our stuff to condo. Beautiful condo Super clean and everything you need. Shampoo body wash and detergent for the laundry is all there. Plastics to take up to the amazing rooftop patio/infinity pool. It’s not busy. Never feel crowded and can use the bbq. Phillip communicated with us during the week and always said he was there for whatever we needed. The condo is close to amazing restaurants and the beach access is right there. I really can’t say enough. Best experience ever and I will be a return customer
