This stylish and well appointed home offers the perfect retreat for your getaway. Hummingbird House is 10 minutes from Ft Huachuca Buffalo Soldier Gate and just a short drive to hiking trails, Bisbee, Tombstone and Sonoita. Come stay at our favorite southern AZ retreat!

By booking this property, renter agrees to the following house rules:

HOUSE RULES
-No parties, events or large gatherings.
-No illegal activity anywhere on the property. This applies to off road vehicle restrictions, illicit drug use, and internet activity.
-Max number of guests, including children, is 6. Violation of this rule is subject to a $50 penalty per person per night.
-No shoes in the house.
-No animals of any kind.
-No smoking.
-No pots, pans or sharp knives in the dishwasher. Please wash these items by hand.
-No food or drinks in the bedrooms.
-Quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am.
-Primary renter minimum age requirement is 25.
-If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
-Renters must vacate the property at the check out time. There is a $100 per hour fee if the renter fails to vacate the property on time for any reason.
