Spectacular waterfront cottage on the most beautiful lake in CT's 'Quiet Corner'

Hardwood floors located throughout the first floor with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed with dressers and a huge closet. The 2nd bedroom also has a futon providing extra sleeping space, along with ample closet space. Wash your dishes while gazing at the lake through the garden window in the kitchen that has everything you need to entertain. The dining/living room area has both air conditioning to use in the summer and a gas fireplace to keep you warm in the winter, and the open concept space lets everyone enjoy being together while enjoying the water view from the wall of windows. Downstairs you will find another spacious bedroom with private bathroom and jetted tub, a kitchenette and another bathroom with a shower and washer/dryer. There is also another living room with a smart TV that opens up to the deck outside.

For your enjoyment, we provide fishing equipment, kayaks, canoes, life jackets and various water items as well as a fire pit to gather around in the evenings. During most weekends in the summer you can enjoy the 110 sailboat races and wave to our resident tug boat making its rounds.

We are located a short drive from Mohegan and Foxwoods casinos as well as Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium and Old Sturbridge Village. Less than an hour away is Hartford, Providence and Worchester and the UConn/Storrs campus is a 20 minute drive. Boston is located approximately 90 miles northeast and NYC 150 miles southwest.
