Beautiful Upscale 4-bedroom home located in the heart of the city. Master bedroom located upstairs with a breakfast nook and balcony. 3 bedrooms located on the main floor.
Basement features a bar and a Pac-Man arcade in the basement, futon and queen let out couch. Privacy fence in the back yard with a large deck and grill. Restaurant district 2 minutes away for dinning. Explore Wichita historic entertainment district, Old Town with family and friends for dinning and night clubs, brewpubs to an upscale urban winery. There's something for everyone to enjoy also located in the heart of the city 7 minutes away. My major complaint, it was very dirty! Deck looked like it was ready to fall off, driveway was cracked and on a very steep incline. Main floor shower was very dark

Good morning , I’m so sorry for your inconvenience. When housekeeping has completed their job, I always verify everything is excellent condition with a walk through before my guess arrive. The deck was a little dusty but the structure and stability is great. I have a contractor power washing the deck. Again I apologize for the inconvenience.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the Upscale Abode and thought the house really lived up to the description of an older house with character renovated to include some nice luxuries, such as a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, smart TVs, fast Internet, mini refrigerators, and plenty of comfortable seating. The layout with the master bedroom upstairs and three smaller bedrooms (one with bunk beds) downstairs would make this house especially good for families visiting Wichita.

We loved the property! Perfect for our 4 adults and my 3 grandkids! Very clean and great communication! It was 10-15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do! We will definitely stay for a family getaway again!

Overall, the house was very nice. The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for everyone. It was fun playing the old school video game machine in the basement when there was a little down time.

Great property

We enjoyed our stay at the Upscale Abode. The property was in great shape, was very comfortable for our family, and was beautiful. The owner was able to be reached when needed and was helpful in answering our questions. Check in and out was easy as well.

Great place!

We had a great time and it was just what we needed for our group. I am not sure if it would have made a difference in our stay but there are several fowl next door that were very loud at sunrise.
