Imagine that the jaccuzy, the swimming pool and the ocean become one and offered to your eyes the various shades of sunset colors. If you turn your gaze to the left you will appreciate the lush nature with the entire jungle close.


The Mirror of the Sea is a concept villa building around glass and mirror allowing to take advantage of a lot of natural light and also plenty of soft breeze.

IMPORTANT :
Electricity : Electricity costs are not included in the base rate. A meter reading will be done upon arrival and departure. The cost is 7 Thai /kWh. The guest will pay the bill at check-out time.

From October 1th :
- For long term stay 6 , 9 months or one year contract .
- We also welcome you for shorter stay with a minimum of 4 nights. Price starts at 9000 THB

The rates are depending of season and longer of your stay.

A LARGE OPEN SPACE OF LIFE

In the heart of the villa, this area is open on the terrace and offer a nice seaview with 6 meters of window doors opened on the terrace.

* an open designed kitchen fully furnished with american fridge with ice maker, stove, microwave, juicer, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery & glassware;

* a bar with its stools;

* an inside dining table

* and a living area with 2 confortable leather sofas, a coffee table a large (65’’) smart TV with sound system

* A/C and ceiling fans



THE THAI KITCHENS

Fully functional kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, induction hobs, stove, dishwasher.
This kitchen allows to keep inside its space the smell and the noise.


THE 3 MASTER BEDROOMS

* 2 of them are located in the first floor and offer :

- a nice seaview with large window doors and curtains on all of them;

- a King size bed with 5 stars mattress and linen;

- an soft lighting inside and outside with balcony;

- A/C and ceiling fan;

- a smart TV and a wifi router;

- a huge closet with beautiful mirror sliding doors with safebox and luggages storage;

- a lovely decorated bathroom with italian shower, vanity basin and toilet, make-up mirror , hair-dryer...

* The third master bedroom is located downstairs with equipped terrace inside the tropical garden and has a jungle view;

This bedroom has the same equipment and furnitures than the 2 previous, except at the level of bedding with 2 single beds instead a king size bed (but we can assembly them if necessary).

AN OFFICE

This private room with its desk and comfortable armchair will allow you to work in a quiet area with a nice mountain view and of course a high speed internet wifi and Ethernet network.

TERRACE & SWIMMING POOL & JACCUZI

This beautiful area is fully equipped and furnished with:

- an infinity swimming pool 8 meters long, and 1,40 meter deep;

- an amazing jaccuzy with 20 high pressure jets, offering a good massage and relax place to enjoy a drink.
Both using salt water system;

- long chairs and hammocks with mattresses;

- a dining table in the shade to enjoy your meals;
- a living area with sofa to relax and share a drink.
- many plants to decorate and protect your privacy;

THE TROPICAL GARDEN

Inside and outside we have planted grass, papaya and banana trees and other tropical plants to complete the beautiful and old coconut in the entrance of the property.
You can enjoy also the BBQ located in a outside dedicated area.

LEISURES INSIDE THE PROPERTY

- a tennis table is available inside the large garage;

- a fitness equipment and yoga carpets are also available;

- a bowling green and a dining area arelocated iside the garden (250SQM) separated by a wall from the jungle .

- on request a Texas Holden poker game and a large chess game ;

The property has a large indoor and outdoor parking for car and scooters.



LOCATION OF THE VILLA

* Located in Haad Yao on the hill with an easy access by concrete road (doesn’t need 4X4);

* 5 mins walk or under to 7/11 market, ATM's, coffee shops, restaurants & fruit stalls and shops (fashion and diving);

* 1 min to closest gas station;

* 1 min scooter and 6 mins by walk to Haad Yao beach and little more to Secret beach, 2 of the best spots in the island

* 8 mins by motobike to Ananda Yoga & detox centre.

* Less than 10 minutes by scooter to some of the Islands most loved bars, restaurants, cafes: Indigo, Chana Masala, L'alcove, Romanza Tropical, Sati Pot, The Cup,etc.

* 4 mins scooter to Sri Thanu village;

* 15 mins scooter to Thong Sala pier

This villa has 3 staff (shared with the Dreaming view villa); Then we are able to offer many services to answer your requests (massages, yoga session, diving boxing trainings, island discover, taxi services, menus (meals; drinks) an also Chef for special even, VIP private transfer from/to Samui Airport...

Our staff respect strictly the Thai health rules;.

* the max capacity is 6 guests and 1 baby

* Electric = included, but please save energy to protect our planet ( but not included for stay longer than 2 months and depends also with the season)



* transfers from/to Thong Sala Pier - villa = included (others destination could be extra charged.)>

* Hi Speed Wifi and Ethernet network included 1GB/down/ 500MB/sn.

* Water = Included.

* Bedding = Included linen change 2 times per week
