Welcome to our one-bedroom, one-bath apartment nestled in a single-family home with two additional vacation rentals. Each unit boasts a private entrance and shares a convenient laundry room.

This beautifully remodeled 1910 home in the University District of Missoula reflects its original charm. The cozy primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and nightstand, with a full bathroom offering a walk-in shower.

Relax in the living room with a flat-screen TV, sofa, and a dedicated workspace. Enjoy gatherings on the front porch.

Please note the shared stackable washer and dryer are located externally. Within two blocks, explore downtown attractions, parks, and local favorites.

Just three blocks from the University of Montana campus and a short walk to Washington Grizzly Stadium. Access the River Trail for biking or walking across the street.

Kindly be aware that the home's age results in uneven floors, potentially challenging for those with mobility impairments. Experience Missoula's charm from this unique and centrally located abode.

This is my third year staying at this VRBO. The staff and the management are always so helpful and proactive, and I appreciate that they’re such good communicators. The unit itself is very charming and gracious, it’s a little funky and unusual and its own way, which absolutely adds to its charm. It’s comfortable and clean, has very adequate supplies, I feel safe and I love the proximity to all the events and things that I want to do when I’m in Missoula especially during homecoming weekend. I will continue to book this charming VRBO. Thank you!!
