Guests have access to the entire property except the garage. They can park in the driveway behind the electric driveway gate opener and access the front door via shared code
Other things to note
The City of Palm Springs has a 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT)on all short term rentals which is added in the quote.
For pool heating add $50 per day. July, August, September $30 per day. The hot tub heating is included in your nightly rate.
Pool heating is an optional charge.
We have flat screen in MasterBedroom, Den, and Guest Bedroom,
WIFI thru out the property

There are to be NO pets permitted on the Property - Licensees who bring a pet or pets without approval will be charged a minimum of $1000 and may be immediately evicted from the Property. No smoking! After booking I will send you a link to our Palm Springs rental agreement that we will need signed within 48 hours of booking. If you would like this in advance please inquire and we can provide a copy to you.

The city of Palm Springs has very strict noise requirements for rentals. There can be absolutely no music outside or loud noise coming from the property. This is all vacation rentals in the city of Palm Springs.
