Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Mid Century Modern home is meticulously furnished with all the necessities you'll want for a fantastic relaxing vacation in Palm Springs. We're located in the prestigious Deepwell Estates and centrally located in the south end of Palm Springs and downtown PS.
Enjoy time in our large, pristine swimming pool and backyard (ask us to heat the pool for a nominal fee of $95 per day during the winter months (December thru end of March) and $60 a day for the rest of the year. Great outdoor space with plenty of relaxing furniture to lounge. Great BBQ area and a great outdoor dining area to enjoy!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Please start the dishwaser but, no need to unload it!
Please bring all used towels to the garage laundry area and leave them without washing them, we'll take care of that!
Please lower all blinds, lock doors and windows and text Steve O 323-559-2225 when you've departed.

We must collect a signed contract as well as a picture of your ID are required before your arrival (sent to you in advance via DocuSign)

Excellent vacation spot in Palm Springs

We had an amazing vacation at Sunset at Sunrise! The house is perfectly located—within walking distance of grocery stores and just a short drive to Downtown. The living space is spacious and beautifully furnished. As someone who loves to cook, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed. The bedrooms were generously sized, each with its own en-suite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for every guest. We spent most of our time in the backyard, which felt like a little paradise, ...and don’t forget to enjoy fresh oranges from the tree for breakfast! One of the standout features of this rental is Steve. He is an exceptional host, super responsive, easy to reach. During our stay, the dishwasher unexpectedly broke down, and after a brief but strong windstorm, a tree fell in the garden. Both were purely bad luck and had nothing to do with the quality of the property. But Steve handled everything with incredible efficiency—he replaced the dishwasher in less than six hours, had his team remove the fallen tree before breakfast the next morning. Steve's attention to detail truly impressed us. Knowing that I love to cook and make my own tortillas when I travel, he went out of his way to buy a tortilla press before our arrival! I even joked that if we ever own a property in Palm Springs, we’d want him as our property manager. We highly recommend Sunset at Sunrise—it’s the perfect place to relax, and with Steve as your host, you’ll be in great hands for a truly stress-free

Palm Springs Paradise

Our recent stay was an overall paradise of a vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. The location was great, though on a busy street, it was still convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee houses and downtown Palm Springs. The backyard was beautiful and loved sitting by the pool and watching the sunset over the mountains. The yard was wonderfully landscaped and maintained, the inside was decorated very cute and was an all around clean property. Really enjoyed our stay and the communication with Steve our property manager was stellar. Truly was great experience and getaway.

Private oasis in the desert!

Hands down the best vacation rental experience I’ve ever had! I booked Steve’s beautiful home for a family vacation. The house is large, spacious, and incredibly well decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked, and cooking here was a dream. Each room is very comfortable, bathrooms are clean and modern. Once you enter the back yard, it really does feel like a private oasis. We ate every breakfast, lunch, and dinner outside, as well as sunset drinks and days of sun lounging! To top it all off, Steve is the friendliest and most responsive host I’ve ever encountered. Look no further, this home is an absolute dream and you should not hesitate to book for your next desert retreat. I will definitely be back!

Picture Perfect

We rented Deepwell Estates for a girls weekend. It was absolutly perfect. The house is decorated to a T — with bright and fun decore — it also has comfy Beds, beautiful bathrooms, and a great kitchen! The backyard and pool with the view of the mountains gave us the perfect setting for catching up with friends. The location was great — grocery store was walking distance from the house and easy uber rides to downtown, airport, etc. Steve O is great and super responsive! Would definetly recommend this house for anyone who is looking for a Palm Springs get-a-way!

Terrific Desert Getaway

We had a great time in this house! Decor is colorful/comfortable and fun. Plenty of space to spread out, kitchen fully stocked and comfy beds. The pool is beautiful with a fragrant orange tree-amazing. Close to everything..... great restaurants. Backyard view is stunning!!! Will definitely return.

Heaven in the desert

The property is fantastic with incomprehensible views of the surrounding mountains. The amenities were perfect and the beds were very comfortable. The best part of the property is Steve . He was definitely the best host I’ve ever had. He answered all my calls within 5 minutes and gave me awesome dinner recommendations. Palm Springs is also awesome. Golf, food, weather, scenery, and hiking etc. This place is a 6 out of 5!!!

Excellent house

The house is even better than the pictures. Amazing view, accessible location, and beautiful pool. The only issue was the pool heater, but the property manager was extremely responsive and I would expect this issue to be resolved soon. I plan to return.
