I purchased it with the intent that my family and children could enjoy a joyful time connecting together. Secretly, it is my own personal getaway where I can have a time of peace and tranquility alone.

Woodhaven Hideaway is located in White Haven, PA. White Haven is a rural town on the outskirts of the Pocono Mountains. The closest skiing is Jack Frost (15 minutes away), Big Boulder (30 mins), and Camelback (30 mins). Though you might not be located directly on the ski lifts, the price is reflected.

Whatever season you find yourself looking forward to, there's some of the best hiking in the country can be found at Hickory Run and Lehigh Gorge. There are biking trails and endless opportunities for boating, canoeing, tubing and kyaking.
And there's also a hopping night life at Mohegan Sun (casinos and restaurants) and Jim Thorpe.

And if you are more into staying in, we have a gorgeous maple desk in the master bedroom that overlooks the woods where the deer are usually roaming the front yard munching on wild mushrooms. Writers and other remote workers will find a little slice of heaven that this cottage provides.

Most of my happiest guests are those who are looking for a romantic time away with their partner. The master bedroom is decked out with ambient lighting and decor, candles, and an extremely comfortable bed to snuggle up in.
