The house is in a quiet place close to freeway 50 (2 minutes), major hospitals, medical centers, downtown Sacramento, the American River, Shopping and Restaurants.
The house is fully furnished with quality furniture, and luxurious bed/bath essentials. Every bedroom is private and for one/two people. Bedrooms are fully furnished with a comfortable queen bed, dressers, light stands and lamps. Welcome to use the laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board and the kitchen with stone and electric items such as electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, utensils, pots/pans, wine glasses, salt, and pepper for you to prepare your finest dishes. If you like baking, there are enough kitchen stuff to do it. In addition, there are comfortable sofas with 65-inch TV in the living room.

-no pets (fee $500)
- no smoking/vaping/drug allowed in or outside the home ($1000 fee)
- not party/events allowed (fee $1000)
- no shoes in the house allowed (fee $500)
- quiet hours 10pm-8am (fee $1500), please respect the neighborhood.
- no unauthorized guests (fee $500), I have multiple security cameras on the property showing the number of people going in and out of the property.
- $300 penalty will be applied for a late check out to compensate for my cleaners time
- $200 trash fee will be applied to one night stay that accumulate more than 5 trash bags of garage.
- garbage is pick up on Tuesday morning, if you are residing during this time, please pull them out

Violating rules will result in additional fees at check-out and possible early termination of reservation
