Summary:
Welcome to the Slopeside Lodge! This unit has one of the best locations of any house or townhouse at Mount Snow. It eliminates the stress of finding parking at the mountain and long walks to the car after a full day of skiing, it's just a short walk to the lifts! After skiing, enjoy the warm fireplace in the living room or take advantage of the many amenities the complex has to offer like the heated indoor pool, hot tubs, or saunas. During the summer, enjoy outdoor basketball/tennis!
The Space:
Our unit features an open concept living space with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen has all of your basic cooking needs (pots, pans, cutlery, etc). Enjoy the smart TV while the fireplace crackles in the background. Another great feature is a dedicated ski/snowboard locker located just outside the unit. The unit is also located close to the Sportscenter which makes it easily accessible!
Reserve amenity access at the Sportscenter with the new reservation system! The entire complex was renovated in 2021 including indoor and outdoor pools, indoor hot tubs/saunas, brand new locker room, new outdoor BBQ grill access poolside. You can also reserve a time slot to use the Pelotons!
Other Things to Note:
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds.
-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.
-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.
-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.
-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
