Renovated Bonnet Shores Home with all the Amenities!

Newly renovated home in desirable Bonnet Shores! Spacious, chic, and ready to be enjoyed. Bonnet Shores has a private association beach that guests have access to. It is also minutes to Narragansett Town Beach, Narragansett Pier, restaurants and shops.

Take a break from the heat and enjoy the AC while cooking your favorite meal in the brand new kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The open floor plan includes a dining room with a table that comfortably seats 6, and a family room with a 55” TV and plenty of seating on the wrap-around couch. The sliders in the family room lead out to the deck that holds a gas grill and outdoor table that seats 6 (an outdoor umbrella provided for shade). Back inside on the main floor, there are two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other has a full size bed. The full bath is a stand-up shower only. Laundry is located in the garage which can be accessed from the interior on the main floor. Retreat to the large master suite on the 2nd floor. This master has a king size bed, 55” TV, full bath with a double vanity sink and stand-up shower. To finish off this wonderful home, there is a brand new outdoor shower that is fully enclosed with hot and cold running water.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
