Seulement 0. 5 miles de la plage ce beau ranch surélevé est assez grand pour accueillir 2 familles ou une réunion de famille, cette maison a une grande cour arrière privée pour tout le monde à jouer! Il y a 1 terrasse, meubles de patio et un barbecue au propane. Profitez d'une douche chaude après la plage dans la douche extérieure. Entièrement applianced manger dans la cuisine, salle à manger, et 2 salles de séjour chacune avec grand écran hd tv et internet sans fil. La région de Narragansett offre quelque chose pour toute la famille! Restaurants, shopping, randonnée pédestre / VTT, canotage / kayak, cages et go-karts, glaciers, golf, mini-golf, escalade ... Et la liste continue! Prenez un court trajet en voiture en Galilée pour voir les bateaux de pêche entrer, prendre le ferry pour bloquer le vignoble de l'île ou de Martha, ou passer la journée dans un nouveau port historique ou mystique, ct!

Bonnie was very communicative and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, including bringing fresh bread from the farmer’s market. We stayed 4 years ago and they’ve made great updates to the house including new kitchen and flooring. We look forward to staying again soon!

Covid staycation!

Thank you making our Beach staycation Very easy - the house was just what we needed - plenty of room for our kids and family that stopped in through the week! The beach was great walking distance which alleviated any parking headaches. We would definitely rent again!

There is nothing wrong with this property. A little dated like everything else in Eastward Look, but central air, 5 queen bedrooms and 3 full baths, easy walk to the beach--not easy to come by, but was a perfect fit for our crew. The house does not have any beach chairs, umbrellas or coolers to use, so make sure to bring your own if you are driving.

Perfect for a family

This house was a perfect house and location for a large family. The house was clean, bright, and the owner was very responsive. Several areas to relax and have space from others. Flowers out front are beautiful. The park was a very short walk and great area. Perfect neighborhood for a family. I honestly don't have anything negative to say. We will definitely be using this house again.

Great accommodations!

This was a great find. Easy check in and out with good communication with owner and management co. The house was in a great location with about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We were a group of 8 and the sleeping accommodations fit us perfectly and were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room comfortable. The tv’s and WiFi worked great. It was nice to have a tv that you could connect to your streaming accounts too. We would definitely stay here again.

Roomy Beach House

With five bedrooms and 2 living rooms, our family had plenty of room. The house was super clean and the beds were quite comfortable. It was an easy walk to the beach, aided by the beach cart on the property. We had to contact the owners during our stay and they responded promptly and followed up with us to make sure everything was good. Prior to our stay the owners were quite helpful as well providing information and answering our questions. This was our second visit to Narragansett and it is a wonderful place to enjoy the beach, fresh seafood, and our favorite ice cream from Brickleys.

Nice house in an amazing area

We enjoyed our week at the house and we’re pleasantly surprised by the upgraded kitchen that was different than the pictures in the listing. There was a good amount of space for 10 people of various age ranges. The yard was nice and the neighborhood is great for bike riding and there’s a great park nearby. The beach is 1/2 mile walk to the northern edge of the beach. The one thing we wish we knew more of is that the kitchen utensils and pans are very basic and we would have brought more things like even something as basic as a wire whisk. But this wasn’t a major issue just an inconvenience The bedrooms are a decent size but also very basic with two pillows and a light bedspread. If you get cold easily bring extra blankets.. Overall an awesome week though!

Best one so far!

Perfect setup for young children. My son’s family with two small children had the whole downstairs to spread out in and the kids could go to bed early without hearing the rest of us upstairs. Easy walk to the beach if it’s not too hot. We’ll be back!

Family home

We were there for Henri. The hosts are wonderful! Always in contact as I was a bit nervous because of the storm. The house was perfect for our family. It feels very large and was very clean. It is very close to Scarborough beach and is in a lovely quiet neighborhood.

Great Stay Walking Distance to the Beach!

Our extended family stayed for a week and we had a great experience. The house had plenty of room for the 7 of us. It was an easy walk to the beach, even with a little one in the stroller. The owner was very communicative before check in and answered all questions that we had about the property. Would certainly stay here again!

good location to beaches, house was big enough for all of us. could use some knives and pans in kitchen. I would advise to bring your own kitchen knives. AC works well and good set up for kids area in lower level. Would rent again

Family Time at the Beach

Things we liked : The size of the house was wonderful. The air conditioning worked super. It was a very hot week and being indoors was fantastic. The couches and beds were comfortable. Matt, the property manager, went above and beyond. Whenever we called, he responded quickly to help. The umbrella on the deck was broken and he replaced within the hour. A cell phone was left behind after check out and someone came promptly to let us back in to retrieve the phone. Things we didn't like: There was no salt and pepper. There were no sauce pans. The refrigerator was dripping and should be replaced. Not enough ice cube trays. There were cob webs on the light fixtures and dead bugs on some of the window sills. The tile floor was swept but not clean. We do not think it had been washed. We would recommend this property to our friends. Are complaints are little and annoying but definitely not a deal breaker.
