Take a hike or a ride in the stunning surroundings of the Western Sonoran Desert. Marvel at the beauty of the Superbloom, or explore the Canyon with the numerous 4WD and HOV trails. Soak up the arts by touring the famous sky art sculptures and visiting the Borrego Springs Performing Arts Center. When the night falls, gaze up at the stars, as Anza Borrego is a recognized International Dark Sky community offering endless possibilities for stargazing.

* The Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with an electric range, double oven, and an oversized refrigerator (with an extra fridge in the garage). The kitchen also features a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher. With sufficient pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, cups, serving platters, etc., you'll have everything you need to serve your entire group.



Gather around the breakfast nook beside the kitchen and enjoy a beautiful view of the Santa Rosa Mountains as you start your day. With seating for 6 guests, this is the perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast or a quick bite before heading out to explore the area.



* The Living and Dining Room: This inviting space is perfect for entertaining and relaxing with family and friends. With comfortable seating for 12+ guests in the living room and 12 guests in the dining area, you'll have plenty of space for everyone to enjoy each other's company.



The highlight of this area is its stunning view. The glass doors offer breathtaking views of the lush backyard and its inviting pool, while the windows offer panoramic views of the majestic Santa Rosa Mountains. Enjoy a meal or a conversation while taking in the natural beauty of the surroundings and witness both sunrise and sunset.



* The Family Room: Located near the bar and game room, making it easy to move between spaces, The family room contains a large couch and extra chairs, and a 75” smart TV with cable and streaming apps.



* The Bar & Game Room: Sip on your favorite drinks while sitting at the extensive wet bar with sink and refrigerators while challenging your friends to a game of pool.



* The Grounds: The driveway can accommodate 12+ cars, and the backyard features a large heated pool (fee applies for pool heat), and a spa tub (heat complimentary). There is dining for groups outside, lounge chairs around the pool, and additional outdoor seating available.

Guest Access:

Enjoy full access to the entire property, including the home and grounds. ATVs are welcome for parking onsite but should be transported by non-ATVs when accessing local roads. Guests are encouraged to research Borrego Springs road accessibility and restrictions before planning their ride.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood with stunning views, and landscape. The is an International Dark Sky community, the sky at night is absolutely magical!



Getting Around:

This house is about 5 miles away from Anza-Borrego Desert State Park Visitor Center; that provides insights into the desert's flora, fauna, and geology, making it a great starting point for exploration. Starlit Ranch is also approximately 6 miles away from Borrego Palm Canyon Trail, this trail offers a scenic hike leading to an oasis, ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. While Borrego Springs Performing Arts Center is about 3 miles from the house, this venue hosts various performances and events, perfect for art lovers.
