The space
A truly remarkable multifamily desert dream home that has been newly remodeled with modern and elegant style. Relax and enjoy the endless breathtaking views from the backside of the house which has unobstructed desert and mountain scenes with picturesque sunrises that you can view directly from the master bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, walk in closet and sliding barn door to its attached bathroom. The master bath has dual sinks, and an extra-large shower with dual shower heads. The cement finish epoxy flooring goes from room to room and takes you from the master to the three other bedrooms. 2 of them are equipped with a queen size bed and the third has 2 twin sized beds with trundles. The trundles are portable for easy transportation to any of the other rooms to accommodate multiple sleeping arrangements. All four bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs, DVD players, clean bedding supplies with extra linens. The three other bedrooms share a common bathroom with dual sink and a large shower. Both bathrooms have been fully remodeled and are equipped with basic toiletries, clean towels and hairdryers.

The main living room has an oversized couch perfect for multifamily movie or fire viewing. The 75” smart tv is placed above the fireplace, which is double sided and can be appreciated from the dining area as well. The dining area is furnished with a 6-person dining table that leads to the kitchen. Both of which have open views to the desert landscape and backyard thru the sunroom. The sunroom has 2 two top tables, bringing your options to seat 10 people comfortably. It is also furnished with 4 rocking chairs and single sitting chair. The kitchen has been fully remodeled with all new stainless-steel appliances, Quartz countertops and a farmhouse sink. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, espresso maker, electric tea kettle, foreman grill, pots and pans and all other necessary cooking utensils you may need including plates and silverware.
There is an additional living room with 2 convertible sofas for additional sleeping options. This room is equipped with a 55” smart tv, office workstation with a laser printer, office chair and desk with lamp. This room also holds the washer and dryer for any laundry needs you may have including iron and ironing board.
The backyard is where time slows down. As you enter the picturesque scenery, you will be under a patio cover that spans the entire length of this single level dream home. Here you have the option of dining al fresco at the six top teak table and chair set with a perfect view of the oversized pool with the desert and the mountains as the backdrop. On the opposite side of the pool you will find 4 teak loungers perfect for sunbathing or relaxing. And for the nighttime, there is a fire pit to keep you warm while you enjoy star gazing in this international dark sky community. The nighttime in Borrego will keep you coming back forever. There is a covered 2 car carport in front of the house to keep your cars in the shade. Please note that Borrego is considered a rural area and may have wildlife present. This home is not a resort and is a family run business. All stays are supplied with an initial set of consumable toiletries and kitchen supplies. Longer stays are encouraged to bring supplies.
