While still having the feel of a camp, enjoy the conveniences of a modern home. Just a 2-minute drive to backcountry skiing, hiking trails and mountain biking; 20 minutes to skiing at Smugglers Notch; 35 minutes to Burlington and the shore of Lake Champlain. This property shares a driveway with a separate garage apartment.

We didn't realize there was a nice rocky creek running right in front of this property, which was both beautiful to see, but also so nice to listen to at night. Really lovely location with a nice hike up the road.

It met our expectations for activities. We enjoyed our stay and are considering returning. We all especially appreciated the sounds of the water rushing over rocks. Until the frost came we ate our breakfasts on the porch to the music of the Creek.

Peaceful Retreat

Graduation

We enjoyed sitting out at night on the screened in porch while it rained outside. Then fell asleep at night with the sound of a babbling brook on two sides of the property! We even got a double rainbow directly over Mt. Mansfield. Great place to be away from it all.

Christmas vacation

A fabulous house to be in the north country for any season. Hiking, swimming, leaf peeping, skiing and sight seeing all rolled into one house. Wish we could move there!
