This single story modern boho oasis is our second home that we take great pride in. Our decor has an inviting Arizona vibe while being completely modern and functional. The area is open and inviting with large windows that allow for natural light to illuminate the space. The patio opens to a beautiful desert themed backyard and sparking blue luxurious swiming pool.

THE LIVING ROOM
Sit back and relax on the comfortable L-shaped sectional and modern accent chair. Stream Netflix on the 55" Smart TV or log into any of your favorite steaming apps, just don't forget to logout before you leave! In the TV console table, you will find card games & board games you can enjoy with the family.

KITCHEN & DINING
ENJOY our fully equipped kitchen, it should have most everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. Anything in the kitchen is a go, just use good hygiene practices and ensure you're being being respectful of the next guest. Enjoy coffee on us because we know it's an essential start to everyone's day.
On top of that you will have access to garbage bags, dish soap, cleaning supplies, and dishwasher pods.

COVID-19
As native Washingtonians, we take Covid very seriously. As such, we ensure that our support staff wears a mask at all times when cleaning and maintaining our home. An extremely thorough cleaning process is completed after each check out, ensuring the health and safety of all of our guests.

WE ASK THAT YOU KINDLY....

Respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am (city ordinance). No music should be played outside during this period, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.

We do not allow any parties to be held at the property at any time of day.

In addition, to keep our home nice and clean, please do NOT wear your shoes inside the home. Stains on the carpets will be subject to additional fees.

Guest access
You will have uninterrupted access to the entire home for the duration of your stay.

Two car parking available in the garage or multiple vehicle parking in the driveway. Please try to avoid parking on the street.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The entrance of the home (front door) and the side gate area are both common areas that are monitored by a security Camera (RING). This simply allows us to keep our home safe. There are no other security cameras in the home nor the backyard and you will have full privacy. Blocking either of the common place cameras or intentionally unplugging the WIFI will result in fees. ($150)
