Will be noisy on the weekends with live music! IF YOU NEED IT QUIET THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. This is near 2 restaurants and a bar.
Historic hotel building in downtown Fuquay. Two bedroom apartment above Aviator SmokeHouse BBQ restaurant with queen bed, and 2 twin beds. Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, plates, cutlery, etc. Aviator SmokeHouse BBQ Restaurant, Avaitor TapHouse Bar and shops within steps from the front door.

The apartment was fine. cool bars and restaurants just a few feet away. WiFi didn’t work well enough to watch the tv. Saturday 11/29 the restaurant underneath us left the jukebox on all night which we didn’t notice till we went to bed

We arrived 1030pm the door window was crack, the bathtub shower was filled with mold. Marc the owner told me twice he would refund me due to the contain of the apartment he said his cleaners disappointment him. At 11pm we left the keys in the room and contacted mark. Please provide full refund may 9-12 ! I have pictures of the until. My daughters were in for graduation and Mother’s Day. We ended up putting them in a hotel.

Thanksgiving Break

Great location and nice small walkable downtown area right outside the door. Great microbrew selections all around. Our only complaint was the fact that the sink drain was having issues releasing some smells that we seemed unable to fix. I’m sure the owners have fixed this by now as they were very attentive to our communications. Thanks

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay here! We also ate at the smokehouse, which was delicious. I committed a snafu while I was here, and the management was able to accommodate my mistake which was very nice. It is a loud/busy area, but if you know your children are heavy sleepers like mine they are not bothered. If we make it back this way we would stay here again!

Aviator Apartments

Location was perfect. Clean. Closet door was broken off. Upper cabinet trim had a broken piece. Broken glass on hallway door. Should be repaired before someone gets hurt. We did enjoy our stay, and will stay, again!

April in Fuquay- Varina

The property was as outlined in the description. Location was convenient. There was music Friday and Saturday from local establishments that could be heard. But other evenings were very quiet. We would stay again.

Great apartment in a great downtown area

We had a great stay here at the Aviator apartments. Being in this small clean downtown area was perfect. Wish we had more time to explore and hangout more in the area, we were there for the Dreamville festival. Thank you Will Come back again

Love the old building and the location.

Charming and comfortable. As advertised not for those who want quiet but was never too loud for us. Owner was very responsive to any issues or questions we had. Will definitely stay there again.

Best spot in town

I came in town to visit my daughter and her family but didn’t want to inconvenience their household. My father came with and we just loved this place! We are at 1 of the Aviator places daily and the outside ambiance is so fabulous day or evening! Never had an issue sleeping with noise! Parking was busy but always got lucky and found a spot! We loved all the local places and the Mediterranean place was delicious! The trains that came through were so fun and you could see them put the window at various times! I will def stay here again it was the perfect location with so many options! Ps Aviators has the BEST wings and I live in Buffalo NY!

Cool vibe, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and the historic building’s loft-style feel with the old floors, brick walls, etc.. The location was perfect for enjoying the restaurants, bars and small shops in the historic Varina area. Mark was a gracious host, and quick with the communications. As we were there for Thanksgiving, I really appreciated the quality of the kitchen cookware, as I ended up cooking a 20 lb turkey for the family, so the full sized refrigerator and oven were great! As advertised, there is some bar and train noise late at night, but we were prepared and slept well in the comfortable queen sized bed. The beer in the fridge was a nice touch. Will definitely stay there again!

Potential

The property owner was accurate in the description of noise, but that was not really a problem He responded quickly to requests for wifi assistance. The problem: The claim that this apartment is professionally cleaned. The apartment was musty, the walls & appliances dirty; the bathtub was so stained that I didn’t take a shower while there. I there was dust on all the furniture & the kitchen was sparsely supplied with pans. However, I decided not to cook because I didn’t want to touch anything. Even the towels were barely folded! I lived in an old house for many years so I know some things are unavoidable, but this was a matter of cleanliness. Even an old home can be clean, After staying there for three night, I was sick from the poor air quality. I strongly suggest you get a new cleaning service.
