Welcome to our inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom bungalow, steps away from downtown Fuquay. Your furry friends are welcome, with a fenced backyard for their play. Enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace, unwind on the patio, and stay productive with a dedicated workspace.
Our home is a short walk to downtown Fuquay full of restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, local retail and grocery stores.

THE SPACE

Overall this is a great place. The house is cute and in a great location. My only issue was while working in the dining room, my WiFi was not great. I had to move to the living room.

Perfect spot

This house has been a go to for my family and I. We love the accessibility and accommodations included within the area. We love the fact that we can bring our dogs and the backyard is very spacious. We will definitely be using this location for future bookings.

Love this bungalow!

A wonderful bungalow with unique character, just minutes from downtown. We had a great long weekend here. Lovely amenities and a nice backyard help just feel right at home. The host could not have been more accommodating or responsive and just happens to be a fabulous Baker! I will definitely stay here again, as my sister lives close by. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Fuquay

We stayed here while our home was being renovated. The host was incredibly responsive, price was excellent and accommodations were just what we needed. You can tell they have invested in updates to the home.

Great Location

Very clean house, has everything you need. We were in town to visit family so just needed a place to sleep. We are a family of 5, our 3 children are teenagers, we had plenty of room. Location was great a couple blocks to downtown.

Exactly what we were looking for.

The house was just what we needed. Clean, excellent location and the completely fenced in backyard was perfect for our pups!When traveling with pets its often times hard to find a space that truly works and this one did. Excellent walkable neighborhood, close to shops, retaurants and easy to get to.Homemade banana bread was a welcome surprise.Would highly reccommend! Thank you for an amazing few days!

The perfect stay!

Beautiful home with lots of space! We absolutely loved the layout of this house. The big back yard was a hit for us and the dogs and the neighborhood is really quiet at all hours. The owners/managers are super responsive and have updated this home perfectly. Being that this house is so close to family, we look forward to many more stays here! Exactly what we were looking for.

This home was very clean and organized. Had everything that we could possibly need and everything was labeled. We travel with dogs so having the wide-open backyard was awesome. The check-in process was easy and host was very good at both initiating and answering any messages. It’s obvious they take pride in the home and the comfort they provide. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Fuquay-Varina NC visit

The property and area are quite nice. It is close to restaurants, parks, a Saturday growers market that has crafts, baked items, in season fruits and veggies. The owners are lovely and their hospitality was wonderful. My husband and son loved the baked goods that they left for us!! I didn't even get any because they kept enjoying it until everything was gone! We really enjoyed staying at this property, and hope to visit there again! We highly recommend this for any time you would stay in the area.

Lovely house

Everything you need to stay for a lovely time in Fuquay Varina. Fenced in yard for the dog. Great location! Great communication with owner. We had a problem with yhe 2nd bath not having water when we first arrived. The ow quickly called a plumber & it wa a fixed within hours! Very helpful about surrounding area!

Great Location

This property was in a great location. Close to downtown Fuquay on quiet street. It was great to bring my dogs and the backyard is set-up nicely for pets. Overall this property was great! Only recommendations I have are a more comfortable couch for the living room and mount/make the tv higher off the ground. The kids and the dogs are able to knock it over at current height. Overall though great property and accommodations.

Very pleasant experience

Cozy is a great word to describe this house. Our family of four and dogs were very comfortable here. Everything from the decor, board games, fire pit, and delicious welcome goodies, gave off welcoming, hospitable vibes. We felt right at home. There were only a few minor issues, which were addressed timely. We could not find the grill that was listed and only one baking dish, neither of which stopped our fun. Other than that we had a great stay here! Will definitely rent from them again.

Our stay was unfortunately cut short after finding a live roach in the kitchen following our first night. As someone with 17 years of public health & food safety experience, I’m sharing this to inform others of potential health risks. Even one visible roach typically indicates an infestation, especially when it appears in the open. Roaches are known carriers of pathogens like Salmonella, which can pose serious risks for people with health vulnerabilities.I contacted the host immediately. I didn’t request a full refund - only a partial one for the unused nights & part of the cleaning fee. The owner refunded a portion of that amount, which I appreciated, but I was later told by VRBO that the information the owner’s husband gave me about receiving the rest of the refund thru VRBO was inaccurate. The host was responsible for the remaining balance, which was never issued.There was general uncleanliness (mold, stained bathroom walls, dirty fridge, starch caked on a pot) that can attract pests. I’m posting this not out of frustration, but to inform others of the potential health risks & to encourage higher cleanliness standards in short-term rentals.For anyone booking vacation homes, I’d recommend reading up on how to inspect for roaches - for example, see article on roaches from the National Center for Healthy Housing: nchh.org.Despite cutting our trip short, I made sure to leave the property cleaner than when we arrived. I hope this review helps future guests

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and truly regret that your stay didn’t meet expectations. Cleanliness and guest safety are our top priorities - our property is professionally cleaned before every stay and receives monthly pest control treatments from a licensed company. While we understand that seeing even one insect can be unsettling, occasional pests can appear in our region despite regular preventive measures. There has never been any evidence of infestation at the property. We addressed the guest’s concern immediately and refunded the full amount for all unused nights. She also requested a refund of the cleaning fee, claiming she left the home cleaner than it was on arrival, and we obliged by refunding half. However, our cleaning team confirmed the home was left in very poor condition and required a deep clean before the next check-in. All refunds were issued exactly as agreed. We always aim to handle any issue quickly and fairly, and we remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained space for every guest.

This cute home was very conveniet to DT Fuquay and good amount of space for 2 teens and a small dog/cat. Owners left a lot of essentials to help: dishwasher soap, bath soap, TP, laundry detergent, Brita container, cleaning supplies. PROS: -Friendly owner-prompt responses.-Perfect size for myself, 2 teens, and 2 small animals. -convenient location, -Convenient starter essentials, -Linens provided and extra blankets, -Nice outdoor space and fenced in, -keyless entry, -Large smart TV in living room, -Overall cleanliness (besides the ceiling cobwebs). -Nice computer monitor and computer desk set up-Nice refridgerator (internet screen on it)-Cute/nice laundry room area-Nice large driveway for 3 carsCONS: Biggest issue -- Wireless is very weak, I couldn't do work in the master bdrm the wifi was bad, Now I know why there wasn't a TV in the bedroom. -We cooked steak-but no knives to use but prep-knives, -No baking dishing (bought own muffin tin), only 1 XXL cooking sheet to cook on). -No TV in buckbed room and no dresser (need one)-Need hooks in larger bathroom for multiple towels and bathrobe-Living room- the couch was the only comfortable sitting area, but myself and 2 large teens couldn't all fit on it and the 2 chairs were very uncomfortable for anyone to watch a 2 hr movie on. -Dishwasher had some issues that needed fixing, a bit cumbersome to deal with for 9 days but still worked, Shower curtain had mold growing on it in master shower.

We had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the house. It was as advertised, very cozy. I love that the host has maintained its historic character while also equipping it with modern amenities. The location is great. It is off the main road, so it is quiet; yet it is close enough to Downtown that you can walk to shops and restaurants.
