Nice, spacious condo with great views from two porches. Two bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bath. Has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Amazing location and condo

The view of crab island and the ability to walk outside and have a plethora of places to eat. The condo was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. It’s very close to Destin Marina and D&J dry storage for anyone that’s brings boats. Will absolutely consider it for my next stay.

Location!! Amazing!

Our room provided a great view of Crab island. Room was great and our family had a blast. No beach service with this rental but Henderson State Beach just down the road. Property manager was so helpful and dealt quickly with issue.

Great condo, great view, loved the recliner s. Ice maker wasn't working when we got there. Tv in master wasn't working & shower had low pressure. I didn't get the notice to take garbage out until after we checked out.

Amazing views!

The property was lovely from the balcony views to the cleanliness of the place was amazing. It was so spacious and comfortable. The access to the private beach was so worth it. We had an amazing time and made such great memories. Crab island was such an amazing experience and you can see it right from the balcony. The room is very convenient and the staff was so nice. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great Destin Experience

What a great way to experience Destin. Everything we needed was in walking distance: great food, boat rental, swimming pool, night life, beach, and shops. Staff was wonderful. As expected with rental properties, minor repairs were needed, but the rooms were perfectly clean and spacious. We will define e booking again.

Favorite getaway.

Everyone concerned went out of their way to make an enjoyable experience. I had a last minute room change due to some unexpected maintenance concerns. Vacasa was quick with other options and took any stress out of the situation.

Beware!!!!No communication!!

Nice property, but there is a strong, stinky odor every time you walk in the door! I called twice, messaged, and emails, but got the run around from Vacasa who kept telling me that I’d be contacted. I Never was contacted. Also, the microwave scared us to death. It pops and makes sounds when used. I planned the trip for my high school friends of 40 years and was so embarrassed. Beware!!!!

Fun place to stay

The property sits on the harbor walk so you can see the festivities from the pool deck or your balcony and pick out a restaurant you want to walk to - within a mile you can find a grocery store or great local eateries! Our room had everything we needed
 except salt and pepper!
