Host was very attentive to some minor issues. House lays out great for family reunion. Location across from the beautiful beach was key!

We rented this house for our large family of 18. 8 adults and 10 children ages 1-13. We love the proximity to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Unfortunately the house had not been cleaned after the previous guests. So we arrived to a dirty house. We had ordered groceries to be delivered and the fridges were still full of food from the previous guests. I immediately contacted the owner and he had a cleaning crew there within the hour. They worked hard and got the house cleaned. We were grateful. There were several issues that needed to be addressed so I let the owner know and he got everything taken care of during the week were there. But because of the rough start including a toilet overflowing and the sink backing up in the kitchen which did get repaired or replaced. It didn't leave us with a good overall impression. We had to change dining plans the first night and revise other things throughout the week. The house is nice but a little tired and lacked things you would normally expect. I had to buy beach towels, dish towels and pot holders. There were a few beach towels but not enough for our family, and there were no dishtowels and only one pot holder. For our inconvenience of delayed use of the house we received a 500 refund. The pool was cleaned once while we were there but the area around the pool was filthy when we arrived and was never cleaned. The ping pong table had been used by last guests for some type of drinking game involving a chocolate substance. I cleaned it.

Family getaway

This house was perfect for our group of 12. A block away from the ocean with a pool to hangout at when we had enough of the beach. Walking distance to shops, coffee and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and assisted quickly with any questions we had. I would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Family trip

This house was so perfect for our large group! It was a very short and easy walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the backyard with the pool, screened porch and ping pong table was so much fun! Property manager was very responsive with questions!

Family Reunion and Birthday celebration

The floorplan was prefect for a large family reunion that included adults and children. The kitchen was large and very well equipped with utensils and dishes, etc. Having two large refrigerators with freezers was a plus. The bedrooms and dining area were also very nice however we did have a number of lamps that had burned out bulbs. The beach was close and easy to get to, and everyone enjoyed the pool and the lounge area around it. There was a problem with the sap coming out of the steps leading up to the living area. This could lead to possible tracking it into the house. All in all it was a great weekend and we would return for another reunion!

The house was fine. However the pool and backyard area was not. Too much tree trash and was so hard to enjoy the pool because of the bugs from standing water. The back area needs to be sprayed.

Beautiful property, arrived at 4 and downstairs had not been cleaned. Had to wait for them to finish.Outdoors was not picked up at all. Found cockroach and gecko in bedroom on first floors! Toilet not working in master at back of house, we fixed that. Need more beach towels.

Beautiful home, steps from the beach

This home is just perfect for families. It’s beautiful, spacious, well stocked, and steps from the beach. Check-in/check-out is a breeze. The property manager, Kristopher, is attentive and prompt, quick to address any questions. This home will not disappoint. We will book again. Susan M

Excellent place to stay!

We couldn't have been happier with the home and the area. Perfect for a wonderful extended family vacation at the beach, everyone had a great time! This is our 6th trip to Hilton Head and this house ranks at the top.

FANTASTIC

What a great vacation home. We had 4 families stay together with ages ranging from 8 to 50. Absolute perfection. The home and it's location is perfect. Well appointed kitchen, very comfortable home, great pool area (kids got dunked on) and Kris is great work with as well. Many thanks for a great trip!
