Du spa versant dans la magnifique piscine au pont supérieur donnant sur ce bel endroit, cette maison a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour des jours et des jours de plaisir au soleil!
Le rez-de-chaussée a un flux ouvert et aéré. Des planchers blanchis à la chaux, des planches de nickel, un lustre en coquille d'huître et des meubles de plage remplissent cette maison d'élégance côtière. Le confort est intégré dans la conception avec une buanderie à chaque étage et une salle de bain privée pour chaque chambre. Avoir 2 espaces de vie intérieurs donne à chacun beaucoup d'espace!

This was the second time our family stayed at this property. It was a dream. The house is beautiful and has plenty of space, a large kitchen, spacious balcony and nice pool area. The proximity to the beach is one of our favorite aspects. Just a walk out the door and down a short path and you are at the beach! Highly recommend this property!

Yes it was a great place to stay. Wish there would have been some sort of spices/basic kitchen essentials but overall not anything to really complain about!

Family vacation

This beautiful home easily fit our family of 11. It is a very short walk to the beach. Kids loved the pool and bikes. It is an easy walk to restaurants and shopping.

Fall Break

This house was exactly what we needed for our Senior Girls Fall Break trip. Convenient location to the beach and local activities. Bikes included were a nice perk. We all loved the hot tub and the grill for burgers was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Property for Large Groups!

Absolutely a wonderful experience for large groups wanting to be together by the beach! The house is brand new and spacious! We had 3 couples and 5 teens who loved the game room, hot tub and pool! Close to shopping and restaurants- overall great location and home!

Great location! Lovely house

The house was perfect for our two families with the double king suites on main floor and rooms for kids upstairs. The basement was a favorite of the kids for playing ping pong and soccer. Walk to beach the short and easy. Huge kitchen with double fridge. Would love to stay here again!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is big, well appointed and is located very close to the beach. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space to hang out. We especially liked the 2 large bedrooms on the first floor. The pool was great for the younger kids after a day at the beach. My only suggestion would be the addition of a dining table that seats more than 8.

Mini family reunion

We had 8 adults and 5 teens and had plenty of space for all of us. The house was beautiful and the kitchen was gorgeous! We appreciated the double fridges and the extra one in the garage. The natural gas grill was nice and large. We loved the pool and the kids loved being able to watch a movie from the hot tub. Easy walk to the beach. We spent most mornings and evenings on the covered porch.

Perfect location; beautiful home.

Lovely comfortable home, a very short walk to the beautiful wide beach. Plenty of roomy bedrooms, 2 separate living rooms, large kitchen. The pool is quite small, and the kitchen could use a larger, or second, dishwasher. For a house that sleeps up to 16, the dining table only seats 8. Overall, it was a great week for our extended family with 3 generations present.

Our host arranged for us to get in early around 12:30pm, which was really great since we had arrived by car from Ohio. We found the home to be comfortable and well-equipped, just as the pictures had described it to be. The walk to the beach is quick and easy, like being on the beach. With great access to Coligny and to Sea Pines. We swam in the pool every day, walked and road bikes on the beach, enjoyed some of the Sea Pines amenities and of course spent a day at Pinckney Wildlife Preserve. This house has a great kitchen for foodies who like to cook for themselves, and great electronics that make you feel at home throughout the property. It was also nice to get our cars in out of the elements each night in the ample garage.

Wonderful Stay at 3 Firethorn

Our party of seven enjoyed our stay at 3 Firethorn! The home is beautiful and well-maintained. Everything was very clean and nice. The pool and hot tub were great; we enjoyed several nights of swimming and watching TV by the pool. The house is a very short walk to the beach path at the end of the block. The home was well-stocked with beach toys and equipment. Our family has traveled to Hilton Head five of the last six summers and stayed in a different house each time. This was the best house yet, and we will definitely seek to rent it again.

We had the most amazing time doing team building activities. The beach was in walking distance so that we could go walking every morning. The home was everything we needed! It was fully stocked with plenty of nice dishes, utensils, pots, etc. to serve 17 people. The garage was big enough to have five cars parked in there. I wouldn’t definitely utilize this home again.🤗

Great house but…

This house was very well appointed. There were a few things that bothered us. 1. Pool was very small for the size of the house. 2. Dining table only sat 8 people. House this size should be able to seat a larger group. 3. Not a great ‘kids’ bedroom. Great house though!! Location was fabulous and was very clean and up to date. Highly recommend.

Perfect for our family!

The house was amazing! The layout was perfect for our family of 8-adults and 8-children. The adults loved cooking and visiting around the huge kitchen island. The children loved the pool and playing games on the first floor. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect too. It was a short but beautiful walk to the beach every morning and an easy drive or fun bike ride to Coligny Plaza. We had a blast!

Amazing vacation

We had an amazing time! The house was beautiful and there was plenty of room. Best features: location (walking distance to the beach), pool and deck area, large bedrooms with large closets and private baths and a large kitchen for cooking and eating.

Family Vacation

This home is very comfortable and efficient. We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy access to the beach. Close to all the restaurants, shopping, etc. The only downfall was I reported on the 1st day that the exterior lights above the grill by the pool/spa area were not functioning. No one came at all during the week to repair? Made it tough if you decided to grill in the evening hours.

Beautiful spacious beach house! Very clean. Fabulous kitchen. Close to beach access. I was a little concerned that the pool was too small but it was fine for our family. Really enjoyed the hot tub and the outside seating on the main floor. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home with Great Beach Access

This home exceeded expectations, from the sound system to the comfortable beds. We were a mutigeneratonal family staying for the week. The short walk to the beach and pool area were our favorites.

Great house in great location

Just spent a great week at this house. Beautiful, modern and recently renovated. Layout is perfect for multiple families with a very spacious rooms and an updated kitchen. There is a huge basement/garage for the kids (or adults) to hang out. Very short walk to the beach. Extremely happy with our rental.
