All in all it was a great place the kids loved it. Needed improvements possibly get overflowing trash can gone prior to new guests arrival, Make sure propane for the grill is full we didn’t have any propane to grill, give instructions on pool due to a vacuum hose for pull cleaning was connected, better cook ware you can not cook o Stainless steel everything sticks. Our family met in Scottsdale for a large family wedding. With family visiting from six different states from around the country, we thought a home would be more cohesive than a hotel. This beautiful villa was the perfect solution; it gave everyone, who hadn’t seen each other in some time, ultimate privacy during sleeping times, and spacious togetherness during family activity time. The patios extending off of the bedrooms were a great use of extra space, and allowed for fresh air to flow through to give that vacationed feel we needed. The two gigantic refrigerators were an enormous bonus for extra space for food, wine, beer, with abundant storage for ice. There were large towels, plenty of extra soft linens (the sheets were surprisingly soft), with a large washer and dryer to launder pool towels, etc. We also found extra stacks of freshly washed blankets to cozy up under around the pool during late night family conversations. I quickly began to look forward to our morning walks through the neighborhood, which is peaceful, expansive, and blissfully safe. I highly recommend this villa for any sized get together.

We needed 5 bedrooms suitable for 5 adults who wanted their own rooms at a reasonable price. This house nicely fit the bill. We were on a golf trip at Desert Mountain. Everywhere we went was a 15-20 minute drive. That was heaven! But North Scottsdale was also only 15 minutes away had we wanted to go there. Safety was a consideration and we felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood. All in all perfect for our needs!

So much great stuff. Gary and Jennifer were great, attentive hosts. The house is beautiful and we loved the game room, which kept nine adults and adult children entertained. Two things that would have made it a five star…the weather was amazing, but the non-heated pool meant we couldn’t use it (way too cold); spotty wi-fi made it tough to connect throughout the house. Don’t let that stop you from booking. Just know if those things are important to you.
