You'll have exclusive access to the entire house, including the backyard patio, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and four spacious bedrooms. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer, complete with provided detergent and dryer sheets. Parking is available in the driveway and under the carport. Please note that a single closet is locked and reserved for owner's belongings.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to a shopping center with shopping and restaurants.

Visit nearby Olde Town Arvada off of Webster St. where you will find a little bit of everything. Some recommended restaurants are Denver Beer Company, Fuzzy's Taco Shop, Scrumptious, Urban Beets and The Bluegrass Coffee & Bourbon Lounge.

If you are looking more for the great outdoors, there are many close trails and open spaces. The Clear Creek Trail is just south of the house. This trail connects all the way from Downtown Denver to Golden! Majestic View Nature Center and Park is a short 7 minute drive from the house. Red Rocks Amphitheater is only 30 minutes away and the Rocky Mountains have plenty of other hiking trails in the area.



Getting Around:

There are multiple restaurants within walking distance of the house, as well as a few parks. Uber and Lyft are available for your use, as well as the RTD, which is the public transportation. Check the bus and train schedules online!



Other Things to Note:

Since this is Colorado, you may see the occasional wildlife sharing our space. This includes rabbits, raccoons, coyotes, fox and a variety of birds and insects. You may also see the occasional garden snake! Please leave the wildlife alone and let them go about their day.
