Located in the exclusive Encanto gated/private community, this luxurious home is nestled between Entrada and Snow Canyon with quick access to Tuacahn, the Red Mountain Spa, and downtown St. George.

This is an upscale and relaxing destination. Enjoy red rock mountain views from the home and the community’s private pool, hot tub, fitness center and Pickleball courts.
The 3bed/3bath home has two master bedrooms, designer furnishings, high-end appliances, wood floors, fireplaces, and patio areas.

The Space:
The space includes three bedrooms, each with a king size bed. 2 master suites, each with a luxury frameless glass shower. A kitchen with luxury appliances and large island. Living and dining area are open to kitchen and make a great space to hang out together.

Outside you’ll find a patio with a fire pit. A propane BBQ grill is also available to cook meals outside.

Great home & wonderful service

The home is in such a beautiful and quiet area. The instructions for finding the home and checking in were clear and easy to follow. It was a seamless process from start to finish! The owners were very responsive to my couple of questions and they were so kind. The home was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here if you need a nice place to stay in the St. George area.

Beautiful home and location

We loved our 2 day stay at this home! Clean very roomy, and labeling where dishes etc was a very good and useful idea. Chase was available in short notice for all of our pre-visit and visit questions. Pickleball courts were an extra bonus. The location is perfect for Tuachan and snow canyon. Beds were very comfortable as was the furniture in the living room. We would definatly stay again and highly recommend!!

Escape from winter!

Perfect spot right next to Snow Canyon! Chase was fantastic, very responsive and had quick answers to every question. Terrific spot, will keep it on our list!

Great Location

We stayed here for a weekend trip to Tuacahn. The location to the theater is fantastic. The property is also new and well-appointed with everything you need for a eeekend or even an extended stay. My Mother in-law has Parkinson’s and the unit’s 2/3 bathrooms were capable of accommodating her with the shower access which was great. In fact, the entire unit is very accessible. Property owner was great in communicating check-in, provided a comprehensive instructions on house amenities and surrounding area, and even checked up on us after check in to see if everything was OK.

The location provided us with breathtaking views of Snow Canyon, easy access to top-notch golf courses, and the magic of Tuacahn's performances. The house itself was beautifully furnished, clean, and well-maintained. We loved the spacious layout and modern amenities. The booking process was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Our family had an unforgettable experience here, and we can't wait to return for another memorable vacation.

Beautiful, clean property

Loved our stay. The townhome was clean and beautifully furnished. The property manager was quick to respond to questions. Location is convenient (quick 5 minute drive to restaurants/old town). In our opinion, best location in SG - beautiful setting and close to everything. One point to note, there is no garage access.

Beautiful

The home was so beautiful, stylish, and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The community pool was well cared for and warm. It was a very short drive to Tuachan and snow canyon. Loved it!

Lovely Property!

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful and very well appointed house in March for a week and a half. The owner was promptly responsive and kind to any and all communication from beginning to end. The house is clean, comfortable, and well supplied. It's also in a gorgeous area of St. George, being very close to Snow Canyon State Park. Lots of bike and walking trails! We highly recommend!!

This home is a lovely place to gather and relax with loved ones. Chase's house is fantastic, and the photos don't do it justice. The rooms are spacious, beds are dreams, and that fire pit is gorgeous. We will be back.
