This was a home away from home. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. The host is very responsive. Very easy check-in and check out. There is AC in the bedrooms and the common area, including living room, dining area and the kitchen. It was very accommodating. We will be back soon.

I was for 9 days, the location was good and apt was good. But they didn’t clean the kitchen, the coffee maker was dirty and mold. I told them and sent pictures to the host.

Great vacation stay

Great vacation spot pictures are true and accurate. Hosts were pleasant and quick to respond. Entire experience was great the owners have done a great job with keeping the space beautiful and ready for customers. No complaints at all.

Property was nice and comfortable but not very clean. Our main concern with the property is that it's located on the 4th floor and has no elevator. I was travelling with my elderly parents (90 & 75 years old) and my disabled daughter. Needless to say, getting in and out of the property was very difficult for them and that's the main reason we won't be staying at that property again.

The place is nice luxury and easy to get there the only problem is that it was in a third floor no elevator.

Terrible, how do people sleep in this property. Master bedroom right in front of road. You hear everything, cars, motorcycles, trucks, people. Couldn’t sleep a full hour the entire stay. 4th floor, no AC in living room / dining room.

Safe and Tranquil Stay

It took a little navigating to arrive at Residencial Los Pinos, but once you realize that the building is actually located near the main avenue, and that to reach the building gate, you must enter by the inner avenue off of, and next to the guard station where the inner avenue divides from the main avenue; it’s any easy find every time!Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Señor Enrique at the gate, who immediately took the time to show me how to retrieve the keys to the apartment by opening and closing the lock box.I was happy to see that upon entering the apartment, it looked just as shown in website pictures. It was clean and smelled great! I had the pleasure of bumping into one of the neighbors currently living in the building, and she quickly confirmed the feeling of tranquility and safety within the building and neighborhood. I look forward to coming back to the Dominican Republic and booking once again at “Residencial Los Pinos.” I’m giving this stay a thumbs up!

Don't regret a second!

First I want to point out how well and how nice the host was. He above and beyond the duties of a host! The place itself was beautiful huge and convenient. I'd recommend anyone going to Santiago to stay here. Security is a huge deal for me. I felt safe and secure in this condo. The location is in a great place close to everything. If you're going to Santiago stay here if you know what's good for you. 5 stars all the way across the board! I'm coming back and will definitely stay again!

I consider myself a calm, family-oriented and hard-working person who likes to make new friends. Making new friends has always caught my attention as it is the best way to get to know and learn from different cultures. It is so much that this was one of the main reasons why I decided to offer this apartment for short-term rent and not traditional rent.

The reason I believe that this property is a great place for guests is because it has many great attributes that I'm about to share.
The size: it is a well distributed 112 square meters (1200 sq.ft) comfortable for bigger groups.
Decoration: This beautiful condo is furnished & decorated with modern items.
Rooms: The living room and kitchen are fully equipped with everything that the guests need . All rooms have air conditioning and a 32-inch smart TVs. The condo offers a 55-inch Smart LED TVs in the living room for the guests to enjoy some family time. The condo also has 2 full bathrooms in which one has a jetted tub.
Appliances: Brand-new washing & drying-machine, professional steam iron , water heater and more

Location: around 7 minutes from the airport, 2 minutes from (HOMS) and only 5 minutes from downtown Santiago and its historical Monument.

The condominium is located in a complex of only 12 apartments which gives it maximum tranquility. You will think that nobody else is staying in the complex. The parking lot is gated which gives you more security.
