Fantastic to wake up in the morning and look out over the Atlantic. Reverse floor plans home with 2 br, both with private baths, on lower lever. Master br has a private porch with a swing to enjoy a lazy afternoon. Second br has bunk beds plus a queen bed too accommodate up to 4 guests. Upper level with kitchen, dining area and living room. Enjoy the great ocean views. Easy walking distance to the ocean. I have memberships in both the Shoals and BHI clubs so a temporary membership is available to purchase for either. There are 2 four seat golf carts for your use. Not a better place to relax on the island

Excellent location!

The house was perfect for the two of us. Clean and comfortable, with a great view from the top floor and deck, and easy access to the beach. We hope to return for another stay soon!

Fantastic getaway in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property is well equipped and a very short walk to the beach. We especially enjoyed the views from the upper deck. We will definitely be back!

Loved Sail 4 Fun!

What a great place to stay. We have been coming to BGI for a number of years and this home is perfect for the two pf us. Great location, wonderful home and relaxing ocean view. We will be staying here again :)

Cute place close to the beach

This is a cute 2 bedroom house, right across from South Beach. There is a view of the ocean from the living room. It has recently been renovated, and is a very nice place to stay.

Nice home with comfy beds . Great room is awesome . Kitchen is very well equipped. Both golf carts are nice . I would definitely stay there again!

Great view and location

We loved having breakfast on the upstairs porch overlooking the ocean. House and carts were in good condition and everything was clean. Short ride to the market and short walk to the beach.

Wonderful rental on bald head

Wonderful rental for the family. The path to the beach was simple and a quick walk. The open concept living, dining and kitchen was great for everyone to be together yet apart. Thanks for a great vacation

Relaxing, clean home with a great view!

We've stayed on Bald Head Island several times before finding this wonderful home! We agreed this was the best VRBO on the island! Relaxing, clean and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. Amenities were fantastic! Well stocked coffee! And we were greeted with a bottle of wine with a thoughtful welcome note!

Perfect size, great location

A lot of the places on or near south beach are just too much house for a small family of three or four, but the Sail4Fun is the perfect size (could easily accommodate two adults and 3 children) and is in a fantastic location. The ocean views from both levels are great and the beach access is literally a few steps across the wynd. We had a great stay. The “older” golf cart with the higher tires has some good pep, too, which is a nice bonus.

Great week at the beach

Convenient location; short walk to the beach but great views on south beach at BHI. No bad surprises. Very comfortable. Know that there are 3 levels so lots of stairs.

Beautiful Home in Perfect Location

The home was perfect for our small family! We spent long days at the Shoals Club and also enjoyed being able to walk to the beach in the evenings. The Shibumi shade was much appreciated - it worked better than the umbrellas at the club. We saw details of the full moon from the deck with the telescope and loved the expansive view of the ocean from the living room and deck. We’d like to stay again!

Anniversary trip

Wonderful experience! House as advertised, views better than pictures. The house sits up on a hill providing sweeping view of the ocean, albeit over and between rooftops. Host was quick to respond to questions and very good to work with. This house is perfect for a small family or couple. Will definitely rent again.

Couples trip

We have been coming to BHI for over 35 years. We sold our house and have been staying at different properties on the island. This house was one of our favorites! It was decorated great and the kitchen was stocked. 2 carts was helpful to have and we really enjoyed the view. House is great for couples or even 2-3 couples. We hope to stay here again!

Perfect

We had such a wonderful stay on BHI. This property is the perfect spot as it is centrally located plus only a short walk to the beautiful beach. Views are gorgeous and everything in the house is as advertised. When we needed to communicate with the owner the response was swift and all was taken care of immediately. Highly recommend!

Wonderful week

Carol's house was perfect for the three of us and there's plenty of space for more. Very nice bedrooms and baths, great ocean views, close to the beach, and a generously sized main room and kitchen, which was super comfortable when family (from all over US) staying in other houses stopped by. Loved the top deck for coffee in the morning and drinks at night. Excellent communication and our travel went well smoothly too -- happy about all!

Spectacular Bald Head property!

I booked a 3-night stay for my parents at this property and after leaving, they immediately started making plans to come back. Awesome location, incredible views, sparkling clean, nicely decorated, and peaceful. This was a very special trip for them and I am so grateful to the host for making their time so wonderful! Great Week on Bald Head

This was our first trip to BHI. We had a great experience and 8 Killegray Ridge was the perfect place to stay. The house was clean and well appointed. Views from the top deck were fabulous. The kitchen has been updated and was well stocked. Master bath is beautiful. We were not fans of the hard beds but we managed. The proximity to the beach and the market was very good. We would stay here again.

Great view, nice sunsets, windy but enjoyable, getting around on golf carts was a blast (no cars), enjoyed conservancy park(s), admired natural island preservation, house was clean, bedding comfortable, kitchen had good utensils, fun.

Have owned properties on the island for over 30 years and Bald Head is my favorite place. My languages are English, French, Italian and very very bad Spanish if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

From the moment you hop on the ferry in Southport the stress just seems to drop. One of my favorite things about coming to the island is just riding the ferry up top with the breeze and sun. You can paddle board, canoe, charter a sail trip at the harbor, bike ride or just hang out at the beach. The house has an upper deck with great views of the ocean which is perfect with a glass of wine. I have memberships in both the Shoals and Bald Head clubs if you wish to make use of them. I’m sure you’ll have a fabulous time
