Newly Renovated Studio Apt. 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and Convention Center. Has two queen beds. Quite Condo with easy access to beach and boardwalk. This is a first floor unit and is wheelchair accessible. No stove, just a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. No sheets or towels are provided, just pillows and comforters.

Must be at least 21 years old to rent and be present the whole time.

Parking is on street and free.

Winter Weekend

Great communication with owner. Properly is acceptable for the purpose of shower and sleep while vacationing. Property requires renter bring both towels and sheets. Not clearly identified in details. Property geared to summer rentals. On-site support not available in winter creating maintenance issues. Definitely great for in season rental. Acceptable for winter short term stay.

Weekend trip

My wife and I loved staying at this property for the weekend. Communication was great all around. It was clean and spacious. Great location as well! We will be staying again in the future.

Perfect little beach get-away

Dave sent me all the detailed info i needed before i got there making it easy to be prepared (how to enter, what to bring, etc). The whole place was spotless, spacious and welcoming. It was exactly what I wanted for a spend-all-day-at-the-beach vacation with my kiddo. The only downside is street parking is slim pickings.

clean, spacious studio with ADA shower

Very nice stay! First floor studio 11/2 blocks from the boardwalk. Room was clean and quiet, tucked in a nook in the rear of the building. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach blast accommodations

Unit was clean and served the purpose intended for our stay. Had some issues with the breaker tripping because of a new AC unit. Dave was very responsive in addressing the issue.

Wildwood vacation

Dave’s property was everything we needed for our stay in Wildwood. Super clean and very comfortable with easy access to the boardwalk/beach. We will be back for sure!

Not was was expected

Overall, it wasn’t bad, but for the price you pay and what I’m used to in a rental, I feel was subpar. There was no extra trash bags. The toilet paper was one ply, no towels, and no sheets or pillowcases for the bed. The other thing noticed that wasn’t good. Was leaving the cleaning supplies in the closet. My wife hung her clothes in there and they smelled horrific due to the wet mop being in the closet. the code for the door wasn’t initially sent to us, but that was an easy fix even though I was told it was in the email but after reviewing it twice it was not there, but not a big deal and the door wouldn’t use the code given to us anyhow but that was a quick fix. However, the bathroom door doesn’t close properly so you can’t secure it and the bed frames are made of metal and every time you move, they squeak and slide easily on the floor. Like I said, it’s all minor things but when you’re paying a certain fee it’s not just for being close to the beach it’s all together I could’ve been close to the beach in a hotel for a lesser price and would’ve had towels and sheets for the bed. There wasn’t any simple amenities like soap, shampoo, blower, iron, ironing board. The only thing there was was the single ply TP and one thing of hand soap. Just not expected compared to many other VRBO places I’ve stayed

It was as stated only problem was keypad and being ong the pjone with management for over one and a half hours before getting any help at all suggest you have a special line for emergency situation.

A situation with the previous renter occurred to whoich the owner was very responsive and accomodating. He solved the issue quickly and thoroughly go which we were greatly appreciative. Would sat again. 100%
