We are so glad that you enjoyed our beach house! We do not have a ring camera in the unit. The renter who left just before you called to notify us they brought their ring camera and left it there. We did not know the former renter had set it in there. We came down and removed it immediately.

We send every renter our contract / agreement upon booking with us. It contains all rules and details of the property. The following are violations of our agreements with the renter. *The actual person that rented the cottage was not on the property as required. *Trash days are clearly stated and this renter refused to take out the trash. We had to pay to get the trash taken out and to have the cans put back. We did not charge this renter anything extra. The renter did not read anything that was listed in our contract. She called in a panic a few days prior to her check in date asking for the access information to the unit. This was listed in the in rental agreement that we sent to her previously. We let her know that she had this information and advised her to read the rules that we provided. When she arrived at the property, she called us again to gain access to the unit even though the codes were provided well in advance. At that time, it was later confirmed the reason for the many calls to us was the person staying in the cottage was not the one that booked with us. Again, this is a direct violation of our rules and regulations that are sent to anyone renting with us.
