Cozy, clean 3 bdrm brick home, with all the amenities.
Open concept, new Kitchen & appliances.
Enjoy drinking coffee or night cap sitting on the large back deck overlooking the bay on Lake Saint Clair.
Only 4 miles to metro beach & ramp/launch.
Wonderful fishing 🎣 , ice fishing, swimming 🏊‍♀️,
kayaking 🛶,
wake board,
boating 🚤 Jet skiing etc.
Large paved driveway, lots of room for trucks & trailers. High water caused ramp issues.
Walking distance to restaurants, Close to freeways & shopping. About 30 min.
To venues: Little Caesar’s arena, Ford field, Comerica Park or any of the Detroit casinos.
Get your water toys, fishing gear and swimsuits, it’s time to relax and enjoy! also, we have a ring video security camera, and spotlights above the front door. Sorry but we do not allow ANY pets!

The property was exactly as shown. Restaurant/bar within walking distance. Super clean and the property manager was easy to communicate with and ask questions to.

Quiet, lake front neighborhood. Lake House was very clean; easily accessible. Updated kitchen ! ! Beds were very comfortable. Lots of parking for cars and boats.Fishing was GREAT (June 8-14, 2025). We plan to stay again in the future....... Thank You

Not sure how it could have been better....

Myself and 3 buddies stayed here for a 4 day fishing trip. This place is excellent! There was plenty of room to park our 2 boats with trucks with room left over. The beds are comfortable and so is the furniture. One of our favorite things was that it is walking distance to Bumpers, a great restaurant. We plan to come back to Lake St Claire and we will stay here again for sure.

Amazing stay!

We had such a great stay!! The house was very well stocked and we had everything and more that we could have needed. The view of the water is amazing! We grilled out, had fires in the fire pit, relaxed and fished right off the dock. Great location with a couple of walkable places to eat. Great communication from the host and we would definitely stay here again!! I literally can’t think of one negative thing to say!

One nice gem on lake st clair

This place is a true gem on lake st clair it is centered on the lake and is a good place to stay for fisherman and everyone who wants to find a place that will fit all your fishing needs on the lake also the views and the condition of the house are an amazing place to stay the cleanliness and the feel of the place are a must stay place on lake st clair definitely a 5 star. Place to stay. U cant go wrong ill definitely be back

Exceeded my expectations! Clean, roomy and great atmosphere of a true lake house. Troy, owner, was very attentive to my messages during the whole process. Great view of the lake and bay. Walking distance to restaurants and short drive to carry out. I will definitely come back next spring!

Excellent home on St Clair

While searching for a home near the water on St Clair for a fishing trip, I found this newly listed house in the water. This home is perfect! Very fisherman friendly, house is beautiful and very comfortable! The view off the back is outstanding! Owner was quick to answer questions and offer anything we needed, if you are bringing a small group to St Clair for fishing I highly recommend this home!

Fishing trip

House was in good location for fishing - very close to Anchor Bay and not too bad from st Clair shores. House itself was fine and matched pics and listing. Disappointed with boat ramp on property (not recommended to use upon checkin) and boat docks (use at own risk after checkin). We went there to fish and picked this spot due to both; thus, the disappointment as neither was included in listing. If you are a fisherman, just know that the ramp is useless and the docks aren’t good (undersized cleats, not enough tie offs, no bumpers/fenders, etc) so come prepared. Good trip overall - caught a ton of fish!

Hi Lewis, We thank you for staying at our house and super glade the fishing was great for you. Regarding the ramp, we intentionally do not mention it in the ad and state that a ramp is 4 miles away. Recent high waters have compromise it. Sorry for this inconvenience. Regarding the cleats we had some but replaced boards and forgot to put them back. They have served our purpose, but you are absolutely correct that they need to be bigger. We will replace immediately. Thank you for the feedback. And we hope it doesn’t deter you from staying again. Lake St Clair Fishing Trip 2022

There were 9 of us guys from KY up to Lake St Clair Smallmouth fishing. The house was very accommodating for us guys. Easy check-in and checkout. Great place to park 4 trucks pulling boats. We had a great time! Planning on coming back here next year if we can get the dates to work. Troy is a great house host! Thanks again!

Lovely home

Three of us stayed at this newly remodeled cottage. One bedroom and bath downstairs and 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs allowed for privacy. All amenities were supplied as described. Communication between us and Troy (host) was prompt and clear. We would stay here again!
