Comfort and Convenience

Getting to the beach was very quick and easy. Always glad to find such a great place that is also dog friendly. I would definitely choose it again.

Excellent place to stay, the hosts were great the house was great. Real close to the beach so no need for a golf cart. The place was as clean the beds were comfy. The view is nice, you can hear the waves sitting on the back decks.

OK but not as good as usual

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Several things were not good.If you cracked the master bedroom door, it would swing wide open; if you opened the tv cabinet in the master bedroom, it would swing back shut, had to prop open; master bedroom bed had a 4' rubber pad on top; shower drain in master bedroom almost stopped up; dishwasher soap dispenser wouldn't catch closed; light was out in oven. Place has gone downhill from our previous stays.

Senior Cheer Camp Trip

Its close to the beach access, easy to get into and out of the neighborhood. Just the perfect location!The house has a nice kitchen, the bedrooms are spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The bathrooms are nice as well. Overall, this has been our most favorite place to stay when we are at the beach.

Pet friendly, accommodating amenities, steps to the beach. This was a last minute booking for us. We arrived early and it was great having access to the beach, pool and tennis courts while awaiting check in. Short drive to Fort Morgan historic site, Kiva Dunes Golf Resort and The Peninsula Golf Club. Also within 30 minute drive to more populated areas/shopping etc.

We have been coming to Morgantown for our annual visit now for 12 years. We have stayed at several wondeful houses but this one is our favorite. This was our third time staying here. It is located so close to the beach beautiful house and love that it allows dogs. The amenities are wonderful. We hope to back next year.

The kitchen is equipped with most everything you need and the host also provides beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas. They also provided puzzles, games, books! The view from the both porches is great!
