Very comfortable place. Well managed with very quick communication for any questions. Friendly and quiet neighborhood. Quick access to restaurants and shopping and major transportation routes. Eat at El Herradura if you like Mexican.

Wedding in Huntsville

Nice place to stay and the host was wonderful (Stephanie). There did seem to be a lot of construction in the area but no noise. It was as described on the site and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of space and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The other units (2-3) appeared to be occupied but other than saying good morning to them we hardly noticed. Would stay again if in the area.

Cute little getaway

This property is the cutest, most comfortable stay. The neighborhood was lacking but you can’t control what the neighbors do. This was an amazing stay for us and if we need to do it again, I will choose this property.

Home away from home

Very beautifully decorated and homey. We had a great long weekend stay. Location was far enough away from downtown Huntsville so traffic was light but close enough to enjoy activities. Everything we needed for our stay was provided, even a hairdryer. I could not have been happier with our stay. Stephanie was quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall 10/10 thank you so much for having us.

Amazed at the finishes!

I was completely blown away at the finishes when I walked in. Night and day look and feel from outside to inside. It was great! Excellent use of space, finishing touches, upgrades, etc. Everything (TV, HVAC, internet). I would certainly stay here again!

Work/move transition

The house is not clean. Floors need vacuumed and swiffered. Most of all they need to be mopped. Master king bed mattress one side good-other side very worn with hole wallowed out and uncomfortable. Went to other 2 bedrooms to sleep on second night and sheets were obviously dirty. Covered in hair. Used washer for only one load as front loader was very dirty and caked up with buildup and mold. We attempted to use internet without success secondary to error in password. We reached out with error again. Then received an email that attempted to explain password capitalization and punctuation that was illlegible then no response. We paid a premium price for this place and were extremely disappointed in our stay.

I am so sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Unfortunately you did not make me aware of any of this, except the password not working and I explained it the best way I could. We work hard to maintain the property and take care of our guests. If I had been aware of what you weren’t happy with I would have personally came and made sure you were happy. Please next time you stay give the host the opportunity to fix what you are not happy with instead of giving a bad review.

Long weekend stay

My family enjoyed the apartment as home base for several excursions around Huntsville. Very clean & comfortable space. The blinds/curtains to make bedrooms dark helped the kids sleep in which is oh so nice when traveling. No skimpy, scratchy towels here - a plush set of wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels for everyone. Several extras like a couple bags of microwave popcorn, some k-cups and a first aid kit were much appreciated. There are 4 apartments in the building but we never heard anyone else during our stay.

EXCELLENT!! Character galore in every single room!

My sister & stayed at this apartment for the weekend. We LOVED it. We came to visit family and when we come back, we don't even want to look for anywhere else to stay.

Very well appointed and adorable

This is a very nice place to rent. The entire apartment is very well appointed with nice new furnishings. The layout flows well with two full baths. The kitchen/dinning-living room area is large enough to handle our 5 adult family. Parking is directly in front of the rental. The apartment was very, very clean with a lot of little extras to make everyone feel welcome. The bedding and beds were nice, with ALL bedding washed between rental parties. There were multiple outlets in every room for all electronic needs. This rental was very close to a paved walking/biking path and a local nature park with a lake and hiking trails. Thank you Ms. Ball for hosting.
