Our beautiful, clean, modern house is located in a very peaceful area of Dallas.
We have decorated this unit with ultra-luxurious, modern furniture and artwork to enhance the style and vibe of this beautiful 3 bedroom house.

This neighborhood is conveniently located close to:

Nearby parks (Webb Chapel Park)
Nearby Mall (Galleria, North Park)
Easy access to Highways and Freeways
Lots of shops nearby (Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Target, Walmart, etc.)
Restaurants and Fast-food dining places

There are apps like Uber and Lyft that can get you to and from places if you do not have a car.

New year stay

November 2022 Stay

Home was lovely. Well appointed. Owner was so nice and helpful. We rented on short notice and they worked us making our reservation and checkin easy. Communication was awesome. We were extremely comfortable and the home Was conveniently located just outside of the Dallas city center. Could not have asked for a better rental experience.

St. Croix property

This home was at a great location for us since it was close to the national pickelball tournament. It was very clean and is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The hosts provides the necessary amenities which was very helpful. My only complaint would be that the pillows in the master bedroom and queen bedroom were so hard that we ended up using the throw pillows on the couch. Other than that the house was very comfortable.

The worst

When we arrived the house was occupied, dirty, clothes in the closet, even though the house had a strict no smoking policy, the person that was there was smoking. It was a total disaster we ended not staying and opening a case.

Great host & accommodations

We stayed for 5 nights (4 adults) and although we primarily just slept there as we were out and about during our stay, the property was perfect for our group and the host was very accommodating, & communicated quickly as needed. Here is my feedback and although there are a few things that could be improved, I would not hesitate to stay here again as it met our needs for this particular visit. Wonderful host, very responsive Exceptionally clean, modern decor & appliances Adequate number of towels/linens/pillows provided Kitchen has everything needed for cooking/serving large meals Fully functional ice maker Drip coffee provided Cabinets labeled to easily find what’s needed Body soap, shampoo & conditioner provided Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags 2 large trash & 2 large recycling bins available HVAC system easy to operate Keyless entry system Several neighborhood dining options close by Good back yard size with outdoor seating A few items to be aware of that could be improved but did not diminish the quality of our stay Older home and so foundation is settled and most doors do not close easily Some cleaning supplies available but no broom, dust pan or mop Towel racks were loose House rule of no outside shoes, not an issue for us & was clearly communicated by host No access to park in garage Fireplace not accessible due to large TV Cable available on main TV but not in bedrooms, had to stream on those Overall I recommend the home & would use again.
