Preston Hollow in between Home

Located in the heart of Preston Hollow right off Midway, this chic 1950's bungalow is perfect for you!

The space:
Walk in and you are in the quaint living room that opens to the kitchen and dinette that looks out at the huge yard. Three bedrooms are on the right off the hall.

A few notes about the property:

- The lawn care team mows every other week so you may see them on an early Friday morning to mow the front and back yard.

- Trash day is every Friday so might see my property manager wheeling the trash cans out to the curb on Thursday or Friday morning. If you are on a long-term stay (longer than 5 days) please wheel out the trash cans to the curb on Thursday evening for Friday morning trash pick-up.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. 15 min from Addison, uptown/downtown, and 5 min from Inwood/Lovers area. Central market is just around the corner.

The house was in such a great neighborhood. Felt completely safe. The beds were very comfortable, the bath soap was outstanding and the host was so good at communicating. She checked in with me during my stay to make sure I had what I needed. I would stay here again.

Christmas at the cottage

Christmas in Dallas was relaxing and fun at this charming home. Everything was perfect and cozy. We had our son and wife staying here with us as this was home base for our holiday visit. We plan to stay here again.

Great location

We stayed here in late May for a grandson's HS graduation. Location is excellent for easy access to I-635, toll road, and Central Expressway. The home could use a few more amenities (Kleenex, salt and pepper shakers, kitchen towels) and a new coffee maker. Lovely home in a nice section of north Dallas.

Great House for a small group

This property was perfect for what we needed it for. We had a small group of friends stay here for a pickleball tournament. We were gone most of the day and used this as a landing pad and as a place to rest our heads. The three bedrooms and two baths fit our needs perfectly. We would have enjoyed a couple extra towels. We would stay here again, it was easily accessible to the Dallas Love Field airport and plenary of amenities.
