#3327 – Building 3 (which has 2 elevators)

***New Serenity pool, Family pool and 2 hot tubs NOW OPEN***

The renovated third floor villa features a state-of-the-art kitchen with Bosch stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, a separate island with granite countertops. The free-standing island also has a 36” cooktop and seating for two at the side breakfast bar. The 36 c.f. french-door Whirlpool refrigerator features an icemaker with built-in filtered water dispenser. Built-in stainless oven/microwave combo, plus stainless steel dishwasher. The kitchen has a Keurig coffeemaker and a traditional coffeemaker. Bring your coffee pods!

The two bedroom suite features a king bed in the master and two queen beds in the guest bedroom that are outfitted with luxury bedding. All the closets are outfitted with closet systems for maximum storage. Both bedrooms have wood flooring and have large flat-screen televisions, with a DVD player in the guest bedroom.

The bathrooms have travertine floors and tiled showers. The Master Bathroom has two sinks as well as a makeup area.

The living room has a 47” flat-screen TV with DVD player.

Front-loading steam washer and dryer. Dining table seats six. Custom draperies throughout villa.

******2 hours per day of free court time at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center!*******

There is a maximum of six people in this villa. Maximum of four adults.

Our family has been vacationing at Villamare for years and we love the luxury and privacy of #3327. The memories our family has created here have been priceless and we want you to do the same with your family!

Fabulous!

The condo was exactly as shown. Extremely clean and the communication was great. The pool, fire pit, beach, and hot tubs are perfect for a family get away. We will definitely come back again!

Great Condo & Location!

The property is very well laid out in stocked with high quality cooking utensils and pans. The location is great, right on the ocean and walking distance to center of Palmetto Dunes with the general store and pickle ball courts. The two hours of free court time is a great bonus. Karen is a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

Vacation at Villamare!

What a wonderful stay we had at the Villamare! This unit is beautifully appointed and was spotless upon arrival. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Super close proximity to the pool and the ocean. So quiet and peaceful! Bike rental is just a short walk away, which made for a fun activity for our kids. Karen was a superb host who was quick to answer any questions. She genuinely wanted to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Fantastic vacation rental

Just spent a wonderful getaway at this beautiful property. The unit is extremely well appointed, and was in exceptional condition. There is everything that you would need at the property, and the rental was by far the nicest finished rental we have been to, it seemed brand new. There is covered parking available on the ground floor of the building, which was very nice to keep the car out of the sun during the trip. The pool and beach access was very convenient, both were a very short walk from rental. The pool and pool deck appear to have been very recently renovated and were in great shape. Karen is a fantastic host, stayed in close contact through out the rental process and seemed to genuinely care about the property and that we were taken care of throughout the trip. She made the checkin in process very smooth. We highly recommend this rental and can’t wait to return ourselves!

Great Family Vacation!

Our stay at this property was fantastic! The proximity to the beach/pool, quality of the condo and the attentiveness of the host made our trip very memorable and one of the best places we have stayed in Hilton Head. We are already planning our trip back; can’t wait to return next year!
