Heated Private Saltwater Pool with in-ground Hot Tub and screened-in pool cage. 3 Miles to Vanderbilt Beach (10 mins), minutes from shopping and restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen. Private Outdoor Shower Area. 12 bicycles with helmets to ride in quiet neighborhood nestled behind Colliers Nature Reserve. Beach Gear: 10 Tommy Bahama chairs, beach cart, Beach Cooler, 2 umbrellas, canopy tent, 2 boogie boards and more. Two outdoor dining areas, 4 indoor dining options. BBQ Grill with two tanks of propane included.
The space
2400 Sq. ft. 4 bedroom with 2 full and 1 half bath. Heated pool with in-ground spa. Fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. All bedroom beds are equipped with new Tuft & Needle mattresses. Beachy modern design and feel. Comes with all the beach gear you would need for a great stay. There are 13 bicycles with helmets available to choose from for adults and children.

Easy access to the front door from driveway. You can park 6 vehicles in the driveway comfortably.

This is a magnificently well-maintained and well appointed home that served as a beautiful home away from home for our family gathering. Our adult children were able to conduct work from home in several areas of the house so as not to disturb one another and the property is well-suited to provide wonderful play opportunities for young children in a neighborhood that feels very safe and secure.

The pool area is fabulous. The house is lovely. I particularly liked the little touches. The light switches were labeled. There were lots of night lights. They provided kitchen and bath products and they were good quality.

Great Spaces!!

Great space for for a variety of ages in our family! Outdoor pool area is wonderful! The options for beach supplies is awesome and we really appreciated them!

This house was perfect for our family of 7. Due to our size we actually cooked at the house frequently and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Everyone had plenty of space. My boys especially loved the arcade game in the house which was a bonus as I don’t recall that on the listing. We really loved all the beach equipment! Our main goal was to have lots of beach time and the chairs- umbrellas and wagon were great. (The light blue umbrella works the best- rainbow one not as strong in the wind and the navy a bit tricky to go up and down but looked like where it bends maybe needs some tweaking). Communication with host was fantastic and quick. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

A great place for visiting families

This house worked perfectly four our extended family of nine (including five children ages 3-11) when they came to visit us in Naples in February (we have a condo but not enough room for that many people). It was very clean and nicely updated and had everything we needed from a nice sized kitchen to a great swimming pool for the kids and small hot tub. It even has an arcade machine, which our 11-year-old loved. It comes with lots of bikes and beach gear. Chris did a great job of making sure families have a great time when staying here. For us, the location was excellent, just a few miles from the beach. Chris was great at communicating with us. We would highly recommend staying here.

Property was in a nice neighborhood on a road with no outlet which was very nice and quiet. Really enjoyed the chairs, cooler, bean bags and umbrellas for the beach and the bikes available for us to use. Pool and hot tub were nice and also the pool toys and inflatables. Lots of seating inside and out for our group was good. Felt that the floors and furniture, could have been cleaner, along with windows and corners around house where there were spider webs. Not good brooms to clean up with and ran out of paper towels, garbage bags and propane. Overall property was good, it just wasn't as nice as the pictures online looked.
