Located on the outskirts of Fraser and just a block from the river, this three-story townhome is sure to please guests no matter their age or interests. Guests are within walking distance of the Club Meadow Ridge amenities, including a heated outdoor pool and two large hot tubs, which are accessible year-round. The clubhouse includes an exercise room, a racquetball court, a tennis court during summer, and Ping-Pong.

The living area is on the lower level, along with a private balcony-perfect for taking in the unparalleled and unobstructed views of the Fraser River and surrounding mountains. The living room features two comfortable areas; one with a cushy sofa with incredible vistas on the balcony and another with a sectional in front of a TV that has multiple streaming services. A foosball table and a wet bar with a mini-fridge round out your entertainment options.

Upstairs, the kitchen will welcome you with modern, stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven with an exhaust hood, and dishwasher. The kitchen features all the utensils and gadgets you need to whip up restaurant-worthy meals and snacks you can enjoy at the adjacent dining table. The cozy bedrooms are great for retreating at the day’s end, including the quaint loft room with a privacy curtain, providing the ultimate comfort level for all.

Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Convenient and spacious condo

Very clean property. Convenient location near Safeway in Fraser. Spacious with renovated kitchen. Great family spot with foosball table and various spaces to hang out together.

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Beds are amazing. For those that have trouble with stairs be aware it's 3 levels. Loved having a garage.

Close to heaven

This property’s views and comfort were outstanding. By far the best place in meadow ridge we’ve stayed. The views from every floor are stunning. HUGE windows😍. The furniture in the living area is very comfortable. The bedrooms are roomy, with dressers and closets to unpack. The kitchen is well appointed and was a great bonus to have some starter spices. Oh and filters for the coffee pot were appreciated! As well as few cleaning solutions, paper towels and toilet paper. I literally considered rebooking for next year WHILE we were there. Love this home!

Okay

This property is decent and not a bad place to stay. There is plenty of room for a family like ours with adults and teens. The beds are not very comfortable but there are a lot of them. The sectional couch downstairs is nice for a family movie night. Not far from skiing and very convenient to grocery store. The kitchen has just enough for meal prep. The appliances are nice. Unfortunately, the fireplace does not work and the hot tub and pools are a distance away (walkable in decent weather but we chose to drive). The lack of instructions or helpful tips made it difficult to know what was available and how to utilize some amenities. The uncomfortable beds and pillows made it hard to get good rest after a long day of skiing. Overall it is not a bad place to stay but our family will likely not want to return.

Large townhome and Nice Views

We loved how large the townhome was and the views were spectacular. It was nice to be able to use the garage. The internet was spotty, the kitchen was under supplied, the carpet needs to be replaced, and the rooms were pretty cold, I think they are having issues with the thermostats and the heat. It was lacking in basics (like tissues, cooking oil, cooking utensils, etc). It was more dated than expected and in some ways still felt like a construction zone. I think they are just getting started with renting it so they have some things to learn. FYI In order to get to the community Rec center you have to drive. Overall, our stay was fine, but we probably won’t rent again.

Beautiful Vacation Rental

House was amazing! My family enjoyed their vacation, especially the kids. Super close to everything. We will definitely be coming back to stay next year.
