Casa Vista Colorado est à 15 minutes à Winter Park, Mary Jane, et Granby Ranch stations de ski. Ce VRBO récemment rénové offre une vue à 360 degrés sur les montagnes, 9 chambres à coucher, 9 salles de bains pouvant accueillir confortablement 34 personnes (à l’exception de 2 canapés gigognes, 1 canapé qui se configure comme un lit, 1 futon, 1 lit bébé, 2 jeux de société et 2 lits enfants). Ceci est la propriété parfaite pour les mariages, réunions de famille, chasse et de pêche, les parties et les retraites d'entreprise. Pas besoin de plus que le pack Casa Vista propose une gamme d'équipements de matériel de ski aux accessoires de puériculture.

Notre cuisine récemment mise à niveau comprend du granit, des fours doubles, 2 réfrigérateurs, 2 plaques de cuisson, des éviers industriels ainsi que de nombreux équipements et outils de cuisine pour satisfaire tous les chefs!

Les salles de bain mises à jour avec des carreaux, des comptoirs en granit, et le navire coule.

Great place to stay near the Winter Park/Fraser area. Lots of amenities and plenty of space for large groups! The kitchen was mostly equipped for cooking, there were some utensils and pans that we purchased while there, but otherwise was great. Our group really liked the heated floors throughout the ground floor.

Great place to stay. Lots of space for a big group. The kitchen is well stocked with plates and utensils, pots and pans. It also has several refrigerators to use for big groups. The bedrooms were great and well set up. I think the only issue we really had was it was too hot inside and finding all of the individual thermostats was hard. We just ended up opening windows for the bedrooms that were too hot. The hosts were very responsive with a slight hiccup we had with an oven, but it was no biggie and we still had a fantastic weekend.

There are a couple quirks about the house, but overall we had a wonderful time! The maintenance person was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean, the kitchen had a good variety of cookware, and the whole place was very quiet.

We had an incredible wedding weekend with our close friends and family. It was an extremely comfortable property with enough kitchen space to accommodate a lot of people. We will definitely return back for reunions and anniversaries.

We hosted an out of state family christmas here and it was a wonderful time. The location and surrounding mountains are absolutely beautiful and there is plenty of space for kids to wander explore and play. And plenty of TVs for those who dont. We had a few occasions where we needed to contact the hosts for questions or help and they were responsive immediately. Even sent someone to the property twice to help remedy something missing or broken. Overall had a wonderful time and would love to come back again

We had a group of 23, age range 1 to 75. We enjoyed all the space with plenty of room for all, with an extra bedroom to boot. We enjoyed exploring the grounds. It’s pretty rustic so we weren’t stressed about breaking anything. Response time for questions was good. Everyone agreed that it was the perfect place for our celebration. For the first time in a long time that the entire family could attend.

The home itself is spacious and generally well maintained, but our stay had several issues that impacted the experience. Upon arrival, part of the home was without power for several hours. During the stay, there were multiple maintenance visits, which caused ongoing disruptions. One of the bathrooms also did not have running water for part of the stay, reducing the usability of the home compared to what was advertised.While some issues were addressed, the frequency of disruptions and loss of amenities made the stay less smooth than expected for a property at this price point. Future guests may want to clarify how maintenance and utility issues are handled during stays.

With a home of this size and the number of amenities offered, occasional issues can arise, which is why we mention in the listing that the property is complex and we keep maintenance resources nearby so anything unexpected can be addressed quickly. The partial power issue was repaired withing 30 minutes of guest arrival. The additional visits during the stay were related to making sure everything was functioning properly for the remainder of your time at the house. We work hard to keep the home well maintained and to resolve anything that comes up as quickly as possible so guests can continue enjoying the space, the amenities, and the setting. Feedback like this helps us keep improving the experience for future guests.

Great Time with Large Church Group

Great facility for large groups

We had 16 adults and 7 children in our group. We stayed in March (our spring break). This lodge was so wonderful for our group!! More than adequate bedding, wonderful kitchen area!! The kids had a blast outside, sledding and building a snowman. The game room was also a real treat for the kids.We had the best time, and in modt part was due to this place!! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation

Our home sleeps 34 comfortably as well as a few extra between pull-out sofas and additional sofas located in our meditation & reading rooms. We have an indoor sauna and hot tub for relaxing after a day at the mountain. There is an ensuite bedroom with a full kitchen and separate entrance. Additionally, there are 9.5 bathrooms 8 of which are located in many of the bedrooms. We offer an array of amenities including, volleyball, horseshoes, bonfires, and childcare accessories. Our home offers laundry, and a well-equipped kitchen that would please any chef.
