Sleeps 12 in opulent comfort and all the amenities you need for a restful retreat including indoor and outdoor fireplaces, 5G Wifi, Jacuzzi, comfy beds, video games, a chef's kitchen and large smart TV's in every room. Close to the State Park for hiking, Mountain Fork river, wineries, restaurants, shopping and nature! You'll LOVE it!

Beautiful cabin, clean, close to town and supplied with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Messaged the owner after our stay regarding a few small things such as the broken dining table bench and the hot water issue. Hopefully those get taken care of soon.

The house was beautiful and in an easy to get to location. We especially enjoyed the back porch area with the oversized swings and hot tub. The gas fire place added a wonderful ambiance to the evenings. The main thing with the house that prevents me from giving a better review is that the riser height of the stairs leading to the loft bedrooms is quite high, making it very challenging for some people in our group to climb them.

We loved our stay

This cabin was amazing. Everything you needed was there. The stairs are definitely dangerous lol but this is great for an adult trip with plenty of space inside and outside and lots of comfort.

3 generations gathered and enjoyed this beautiful cabin. The open living space that extended out to the back deck was more than enough room for all. The cabin was beautiful and feature-full! Lots to do, the fire pit and upstairs video games were definitely hits. The (2) suites were very nice and the kitchen was very nice and outfitted ‘to a T’. The location is close to Broken Bow for amenities and close enough the Hotchatown to make 2-3 trips a day back and forth a non-issue. Lots of good memories for all.

Serene and Luxurious

Our family spent the week here and had a truly wonderful time. The cabin was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. We cooked / grilled all meals and had essentially everything we needed. Refrigerator / freezer clean and empty upon arrival. Beds were all very comfortable. Showers felt luxurious. The outdoor areas were amazing. Back deck was quiet and private with a peaceful view of the woods. Loved the fire pit area. Location of this cabin was perfect for us: near the grocery store and town with about a 15-minute drive to Beavers Bend. Looking forward to staying here again!

Friends Trip

We enjoyed our stay overall. The swings on the back porch were probably our favorite thing and the dual showerheads felt amazing. There were seven adults with our party. The house and rooms are a little on the smaller side, but it was not a huge deal. The few times I had to reach out to the host she got back with me very quickly. The WiFi was off and on but overall we had a good time!

Overall very clean and stocked with things we needed. Did have a few broken items- ups stairs ac, bench, door, shower that stayed unresolved during stay. Overall loved layout and corner area by pond. No kids play area.

Great Patio

We had a group of 50 (ish) year old women to celebrate birthdays. The house was as described and we really enjoyed our stay. We opened the "garage" door to the back patio and used that space all weekend. We loved it!! The upstairs bedrooms are really for kids and not old women...lol. We did have a few issues come up, but the property management team was very responsive and extremely nice. Would recommend!

Fall Break 2024

The property was nice! Easy! Only downfall was it had said near a playground which was a big plus however it was not! Oh! The sleeper sofa was horrible but it was not a deal breaker! However contact with property management was so easy and helpful! Had trash bags, dish soap etc! Definitely would stag again!

Family Holiday

I booked the Luxe for my family (7) to have somewhere to spend time together for the holidays. This rental was very accommodating and just like the photos. All amenities worked properly and were ready for use. Management was extremely responsive and warm, and the home was clean and inviting. Would stay here again, but with a smaller group. Only two negatives were the listing address does not populate correctly on Apple Maps which misled us 30 miles, and the stairs to the fun suites were dangerously steep for any elders, and the entrance to the suites is not conducive for any tall people or weight restricted people. Overall it was overall a very nice experience!

I really really wanted to love the Luxe but it left all of us feeling just a little let down!! This property has so much potential and some parts of it are really nice like the large deck and garage doors that open up to make one huge space. However the lack of proper property maintenance is an issue. And there is no place to put your clothes a dresser or real nightstand would go a long way. Things just didn’t work, indoor fireplace broken sink in the common space not attached to the counter. There was no welcome manual for anything. Just left to figure out!! So so much that could be done. We did have a good time. However things need to be fixed prior to guests arriving.
