Susan and I have 3 young children so we designed these rooms with families in mind, adding four double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and an infinity pool with a large shallow end for kids. The pool’s two waterfalls and surrounding plants create a soothing blend of natural sounds, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and fun.



The Space:

When Susan and I crafted the 8-person rooms at Zihua Mia, we focused on creating a true home for families. With four double beds and a fully equipped kitchen, you can relax and enjoy each other’s company in comfort. But what makes this place truly special is the infinity pool. We designed it with a large shallow end so kids can safely splash around, while the two waterfalls and lush plants add a natural soundtrack of water and rustling leaves that soothe the soul. This is where memories are made.

Zihuatanejo has always held a special place in our hearts, with its vibrant energy and charming tranquility. Our suite is just steps from Playa La Madera, offering a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to the city’s bustle. One of our favorite routines is walking half a block to the municipal market to select the freshest fruits, vegetables, and meats to prepare meals for our family. It’s these small moments that make the experience so special.



Getting Around:

We made sure that exploring is easy, with most attractions just a walk away. Taxis are readily available if you want to venture further, and our staff is always here to assist with transportation so you can focus on enjoying your stay.
