This Lovely Designer One-Bedroom is compact and comfortable, just over 780 square feet of Paradise, for a price you can't refuse. Designer decorated and ready for occupancy. On site 24 hour Security, your own parking space on the property. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Being in Building B it is so quiet and serene that you will actually love it you have no noise from the road or the pool and it is peaceful, all you have to do is take a 2 minute walk to the pool. There is a very nice bathroom and seating area at the pool.
It features a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 A/C units, Satellite TV, Mexican Land Line so that you can make local calls and receive any calls from family and friends, Wi-Fi in room so you can SKYPE who ever you need, Maid Service, 2 infinity pools on property, manicured gardens and a fantastic view overlooking La Ropa Beach. It is an easy walk to La Ropa Beach and a hike to town (buses and taxis are always an option).
There is an abundance of wonderful restaurants nearby. The two infinity pools are pure relaxation, overlooking the sparkling Zihuatanejo Bay. The grounds, meticulously maintained, are landscaped with a large variety of local fruits and colorful flowers.
Lay by the pool and enjoy your vacation. This is a very private and quiet condo beautifully decorated for your lovely stay in Zihuatanejo. This unit does not have a balcony but it has a very open kitchen area that opens up like you are on a balcony.
2% IVA Tax and 15% Mexican Tax is not included in the Rates.
A $250.00 Security Deposit for any damages has to be submitted with payment. This Security Deposit will be returned within two weeks after departure, the condo has to be inspected, and the deposit will be released.

This is a very lovely small unit in the condo complex. The unit was clean and very well stocked with supplies in the kitchen as well as for outdoor/beach/pool activities. The location is perfect and the view is even better.

The condo was very comfortable and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The staff were all very kind a helpful and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We were a bit disappointed that the condo didn’t have real windows so we could hear much of the outside noise and conversations. Also disappointed there wasn’t a balcony to sit on. Neither were deal breakers but it appeared that the rest of the units had real windows and balconies so we were surprised. Also, the safe in the room didn’t work so we had no place safe to keep cash, passports, etc.

Sorry you didn't appreciate the open air-shutters. As for the safe, Dulce should have provide you with a key to the bed side cabinet. We lock our valuables in there (right side if facing bed). I will get with Dulce (and Sahari) to make sure there key hand-off includes that detail.
I hope you enjoyed you stay and Zihua, in general, and will come back again.

Loved everything, Don was very responsive and Dulce the property manager was lovely and extremely helpful.I am 65 and I enjoyed the stairs, my legs have never been so toned, I feel 50 again !Pool was amazing and quiet, most days we were alone

2 weeks in La Ropa
Beautiful place. The views & pools were amazing. Quite a hike up from La Ropa Beach but doable. We would rebook this property again.

Dulce said that you both were great guests. The walk back from La Ropa is short but definitely has a grade to it. We always jump right in the pool when we get to the top of the driveway. It’s great but also tough that our place books up so quickly for the following year. We would love to have you back!

Gorgeous and Deliciously Cozy!!!
We absolutely loved this place! Spotless, lovely decor, everything you need, well maintained and safe property, close to many restaurants and the beach! You cannot go wrong at this place!! I highly recommend - the bedroom is an amazing nest, we slept like babies!

Casa Que Ve a la Mar
We had a fantastic 2 week stay in your beautiful casa and pool. Met some amazing neighbours and certainly got a workout with the hill. We’ve just discovered Zihuatanejo and we love it. Muchas Gracias for sharing su casa!! We’d love to come back for longer

Great location above La Ropa
Clean, spacious, and well located. The pictures acurately represent the space; what you see is what you get. I would not hesitate to rent for future stays.

Great Stay!
The condo was the perfect set-up and location for our vacation! it was exactly as the listing stated, very clean and the perfect place to make breakfast before a big day in town. It had great amenities, cooking supplies and toiletries (very helpful if you forget to bring something). Was close enough to walk down to the beach and into town if you’re feeling ambitious. Check-in process was easy, and the property manager is amazing. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Fantastic Time at La Casa Que Ve al Mar
Our 3 week stay at La Casa Que Ve al Mar has been fantastic! The condo is exactly as described and the complex is beautifully maintained with one of the best infinity pool views in Zihautanejo. Check in was easy & efficient, communication with the property manager (Dulce) has been fantastic and always helpful. 5 star recommendation!

Elke was a very understanding and appreciative renter. She was transferring from another condo/hotel and needed additional attention because of this. She had lots of great questions that I was usually able to get timely answers to. I hope that Elke can stay with us again.
